This goes beyond gotcha gossip and giving an emotional response to things that should barely even be a footnote in one's day. People seem actively frightened of each other for no reason, and talk about people they have never spoken to in their life, making up the wildest delusions. All of this alongside people overlooking really obvious shit all the time. It has gotten to the point that it's like I woke up one day, and most of the world has some form of anxiety or autism combined with lack of maturity. I'm not used to feeling like the most developed adult in a room. Quite the opposite, actually. What happened to people, and how do we make it stop?
