Hey X!I just want to write here my weird dream experience that makes me feel something unexplainable. Seeing that shadow, makes me run towards my dorm door. I barely got there because everything was louder, and my legs felt like they were going to collapse. There was a mirror on my door, and while I was looking at it, I didn't see myself in it even though I was right in front of it, unlike the shadow which was still visible on the wall. When I got out, my dorm door immediately slammed itself in. At first I didn't know where I was, but O recognized this place to be a church crypt where they store the ashes of deceased, this place looked strangely familiar to the crypt where my grandpa is placed. While I was walking, it seemed like church angelic singing was playing from a radio up stairs. I started walking hoping to find a way out; however, now I had voices of my dad and mom in a distorted voice asking me, "anon, are you ready to die?" At some point, the lights went out, the singing stopped, and it was full silence until I heard somebody sprinting from the way I came in.When they got closed, I woke up. Now, this might have sounded okay, but it was all horrifying in that dream. I woke up all alone dark in my dorm room left wondering what the hell was this. How to use the hypnopompic Half sleep half awake / dream state to give me writing ideas?I know about writing your dreams as soon as possible when you wake up but there are moments where I am aware I am half awake half asleep and in this state it seems my brain has been liberated from chains in such that I can create complex sentence structures with long complex words as if I had become an expert in improvisation. It seems in this state I can never choke as one would call it and I just start “talking” in my thoughts. But I never think of using it for figuring out questions I want solved until I fully wake up and it’s too late. I try getting to it but I keep just falling straight to a dream I’m not aware is a dream until I wake up.
