Refusal to participate and forcing stillness in mind, body, spirit, and soul (yes, two different things), leads to complete dissolution back into the Absolute. It sucks from what I hear. It's boring. It's pure stasis. This is ultimate transcendence of all things. It is the death of your individuated self. This is to BE the divine and cease all BECOMING.

The best thing is to "remove modulation." You are receiving a signal of consciousness entering into you, your brain acting as an antenna to pick it up. If you purify your physical body, your mind and spirit are more properly aligned to interpolate that signal, reducing noise. Clarity of the signal is what will lead to what you're looking for if you want to still exist both before and after physical death, where you can experience things and have a tremendous time doing so. Seek peace. Seek stillness. Seek clarity of thought and less of it. Seek to be wholly intentional in all things.

You will become hyper sensitive to things which disrupt your signal and will be able to instantly recognize what is scrambling your signal clarity. Having great signal clarity is what leads to bliss. Receiving the signal, amplifying it, and not letting it get scrambled is BECOMING closer to the Divine. Everything else is BECOMING farther away.
