They seemed to be very strong, resilient, and hard working. They didn't seem to have much of an impact on the world and people around them, but the work and things they did were generally what they needed to do. They knew what they were doing, and did it well. If you're worried about anything overtly negative standing out among them though, it doesn't look like you'll find anything. At least no worse than any one else's ancestors. Finally. I pulled the Knight of Cups for the card that would be the best single card to describe them. Overall, they seemed like good people, who did the best they could in life with what they had, while knowing how to navigate the people and world around them in a balanced and respectable way.

There are healthier changes you can make to your diet to cause you to be less tired, but presently you're thinking about it too much and giving yourself anxiety, and anxiety causes your heart to race and in severe cases, it can cause dizziness, and stress in and of itself can just cause you to feel tired all of the time. Seven of swords in particular makes me think you could be engaged in some type of war with yourself which causes your condition, and then you go and do things like donate blood which gives you more reasons to feel anxious about your current state of being. Find ways to alleviate this stress, stop overthinking, and you'll find your symptoms will improve.
