Maybe you misspoke, your root chakra shouldn't be receiving pressure from this. Feeling pressure in the root chakra sounds weird, what would even cause that? Feelings of safety and survival easily lead to sexual desire. Feeling drained in the root chakra is something most people should feel accustomed to, it's the opposite of what you feel after a nice dinner with your family, relaxing in a couch. Job problem and related unease it related to it.

Your sacral chakra is related to sexuality, it lies between your navel and your root. (the root lies between your balls and your ass)
If it is pent up, warm and excited, it wants to release energy into your navel chakra, or more rather solar plexus chakra, it lies above your navel by quite a bit.

Why can't it release energy into your solar plexus? Consult this chart. I honestly don't know, but maybe someone else here can elaborate. I would hazard a guess that you don't have anything productive to accomplish.

okay, maybe I should have added some more information.
I also do kundalini yoga, so maybe its just the kundalini being super active and converting the sexual energy there.
But there is no mistake from my part that is the root chakra and not the sacral chakra since its the burning tingling feeling comes from the area between my balls and anus

SR and lifting is such a magical combo. It's nuts how much retaining improves the quality of my workouts.

Increased testosterone might have something to do with it, but for me the benefits are more mental. Like I'm able to break my mental barriers with little effort, and can honestly say I'm pushing my sets as close to failure as possible.

I'm nearing a month now. It's getting pretty difficult since I'm trying to fix my diet and stay consistent with working out at the same time as SR.
To be honest, I still don't really know why I'm doing any of this. I'm 30 soon and basically gave up on life long ago, but something compelled me to not acquiesce to this fate.
I guess I just wanted to feel something different, to feel some modicum of control over my life which has been ruled by the machinations of society my entire life. Maybe even become someone else and slay this old self that I always despised. I suppose only time will truly tell.

I used to feel the same exact way. It took A LOT of tries, and I'm still getting there, but I'm on my way. One thing that really helped me untangle my mind is psychedelics. I can not stress enough how much psychedelics have changed my life.
