Getting into the practice of doing SATS every night, I now find it weird to not do it, even tho a lot of the time if I focus on something else (while on sats) the feeling tends to not be as strong
on the other hand if I'm well focused its almost like I automatically navigate to my primary desires like something close to a scene I supposedly already felt realized about

Any time I wield any sort of occult "abilities" I feel my identity dissolve and it's an extremely uncomfortable feeling. It's a bit like standing with one foot in the afterlife and one foot in our universe. Putting your foot in the afterlife you feel a pull that wants you to bring the other foot in, but your living self is pulling back for obvious reasons. That tension can definitely make you feel like you have to throw up. You can't maintain that state and function as a biological organism. I don't do SATS specifically, but the principles are probably similar or you're accidentally doing what I do and with SATS you should be feeling some other way entirely.
