In full honesty, there's probably a lot of things I don't remember gaining. I've been doing a lot of experimenting during the last 2 years of SR (started 1/1/2024) out of which smoking weed was part of it, since I was addicted before I started. They notice it themselves too, but some (those who don't even come close) would never admit it. I guess it's an ego thing, so you can view it from that perspective as well. Your ego will become your bitch.
- I don't get sick anymore. I used to get the flu/common cold at least once a year I think, if not every 2 years of which I'm 100% certain. I haven't been sick since I started SR. I only feel healthier by the day. During my experiment with weed I, and probably other stoners do this too, lived like a fucking sloth, ate like shit, didn't care about hygiene, etc.. I should've been sick at least 5x a year. Nothing.
- A lot of people mention their hair, skin and eyes looking better and I've noticed this too, but for the reason I mentioned at the start of this post, I'm not really sure. I don't have a shitty hairline (I'm in my mid 30s), scars, or impaired eyesight that could show a drastic change.
