It is time I once again shit on Naruto. I don't do it because I hate it. I do it because I love it. What I hate is the squandered potential of an amazing idea by a single hack. It is infuriating to see part 2 begin and everything goes to shit. Naruto returns from a three year training trip with the strongest ninja from his village and learns absolutely nothing. No new techniques or skills, doesn't even become smarter. Hell, he becomes even more emotionally unstable and loses his shit at the slightest provocation. Chasing after his wannabe boyfriend like he's the most important person ever when they had as much of development as a turd has when its flushed. The story goes to absolute shit. The plot twists are terrible. Itachi becoming a double agent was retarded. Bijuu going from forces of nature to parts of a single beast split by some faggot is lame. The final boss being some bitch who was never even mentioned before sucks. And Naruto? He's about as cool as a kid who pissed himself. He only ever does something once the plot gives him some fancy new bullshit out of nowhere (three times in total) and for the rest of it, he's absolutely useless. Completely unreliable and obnoxious, woefully unfit of being the MC. His friendshipi are fake, his connections to others are as genuine as when a whore says she loves you. Part 2 survived on a few good moments and some aura farming, carried mostly by the goodwill from part 1 that actually is rather good. And then comes the final chapter, the moment the deuce finally splashes into the bowl. A glorified advert for boruslop and the biggest character assassination. Naruto becoming a shitty father is the peak of dogshittery Kishi scooped off the street. The fact he'd use a shadow clone for his kid's birthday rather than at the office is utterly unimaginable from his character. An orphan like him would spoil the every living shit out of his kids, not leave them ignored. Kishi is truly and utterly a hack.
