How yuri is the final episode?
This episode is such a nothingburger and boring, and it feels entirely disconnected from the series tone and themes this far.The concert is lackluster and boring, the song is very generic and mid, Nina easily forgives the ex friend that was fine with her being bullied to suicide, and they become BFFs. I didn't expect and not really looked for a yuri moment between Momo and Nina by the end, but the fact that the two most important characters that started the core of this beautiful show's themes and emotions together GET NO EMOTIONAL SCENES TOGETHER AT ALL and are treating each other suddenly as if they're just aquintances is fucking horrible.What is it with anime originals having entirely disconnected endings like this? By far the best music band anime IF you stop watching at episode 11. Wiped the floor with pretry much everything else in terms of character expression, actual emotional impact and baller performances. Episode 12 was very good by itself in terms of the studio stuff and the scenes where the girls just hangout but episode 13 and the entire battle thing is actual garbage. i havent watched the final ep but i was ready to give girls band cry a 9, i will prob drop it to 8.5 if the disappointment is real. for reference i rate jellyfish a 7.5 and bocchi an 8 (didnt watch my go)

They didn't bullshit through their failure, no magical reconciliation between Nina and Hina, and a wonderful performance. Good episode and a good end
