I think Riku, Kyros, and Rebecca's flashbacks are actually up there with the best, them being segmented the way they are fits with the arcs focus on memories/perspective and what not. The issue is that arc is so bloated that the payoffs are sandwiched between a bunch of other stuff and a SECOND FULL FLASHBACK for Law/Doffy. It's one of the highlights of the arc but holy shit the pacing got bad here
