I didn't actually like /a/ around 2010-2015, but most of my favorite memories are from shows from that era.Memes back then were also funnier and had more lasting power.

Browsing /a/ in 2007 as a teenager was great, it felt like a big community and it was funny (partly because I was more immature then). Aside from the good old day the best part has always been when series you like gets a really good thread, and I'm not talking about modern generals. The last thread that got big for the last episode Mushishi S2 was airing always comes to mind. /a/ is still great for scanlation and these days I pretty much just hide anything that isn't a thread about a manga, or topic related to manga, I am interested in.The last anime I watched and enjoyed with /a/ was FlipFlap.

2016-2018 was very fun. 2019 mostly too. We got so many good series for shitposting and many OC. Abyss, Franxx, AoT, Violet, etc. 2020 was bad.
