After 30 years of Evangelion, I think it has been definitively settled that Asukafags are the most schizoid.
I truthfully like Magma Diver. Asuka is having lighthearted fun, things are normal and good, the characters are mentally stable, adventure, robot action, suspense. It's an excellent episode.

After rewatching the show and seeing how EoE turned. They feel like two differents things. EoE is like things characters could have done but more exaggerated than usual. Everything is "over the top".If Anno had enough time, he would have done something more soft than this but delivering the same message. Everything went too fucked because Kaworu was introduced too late and died too fast, changing the lore about Adam at the last moment.Adam was originally Rei's soul, his embryo was recovered and he grown up to become that fat fucks in the basement, but then they changed it to Lilith from nowhere just to make EoE having sense.
