It handles some things amazingly well with little effort (x-ray view) so corruption/transformation may work if you know associated Danbooru/E621 tags since that's what Illustrious craves. I would assume it would be difficult because of bleeding over with multiple characters but if you try a wide image for before/after I wouldn't be surprised. Cursory glance at E621 makes it looks like there are a lot of tags that would play well with it
