Hey Daisuke, you said you're a "himedanshi", like you're a yurishitter and all that. I got a visual novel for you: SaDistic BlooD. It's a yuri vampire visual novel hehehe. Yeah you know my usual tastes but I promise there's nothing wrong with this one.Hey man, don't look at me like that!
All I want for Christmas is Curly
>>3936994>>3936995beatiful
>>3937011chronic big balls is what my doctor diagnosed me with
does Curly shave his pecs yes or no
>>3937088I'm saying noa man with shaved pecs is like an angel without wings
>>3937088I don't know why he ever would but you can barely see blonde hair when it's that sparse anyway so there would be no need.

I have an idea for an AU:The Tulpar crew are Norwegian saturation divers in the year 1983 and the door of the compression chamber doesn't have an autolocking mechanism.
>see a genuinely stupid whine post on the 'go back' website>no adult can this dumb world view, right>check profile just in case>I'm only 16>nonstop posts about Mouthwashing in their post historyWhy the heck did this game attract so many kids? My speculation is, 16 year old read someone's fanfic, tried to write their own, realized not even AI will help them instant make some 11k kudos fanfic, went to the adults to cry about having to put forth effort. How long until these stupid kids leave?
>>3937272kids would exist in any fandoms really, though could you elaborate more on situation and what happened?
I know I sound too thin skinned, but I kinda don't like when people, unfortunately even good artists make uncomfortable headcanonsit's started with one drawing comic about Curly calling Anya good mother, and somehow it made others now think Curly is misogynistic?not only it's fanon made up shit, but isn't it's too loud words to say? This is like if saying my headcanon that Anya is homophobic. But in that case everyone would send me probably death threads over made up shit, yet somehow it's different with Curly? why people always frame him?
>>3937276post was deleted. But essentially, a child complained to fanfic writers that they can't write good. I can probably recover the post since it's been less than an hour, but the premise is that they're using AI to try and learn how to write because 'no matter what they do' they can't do it perfect. Trend chasing with fanfiction, video essays and whatnot. While I agree, there's kids in every fandom, it's the stupid ones that need to tell everyone their age online that end up tangled in majority adult ones and trying to write dissertations on morality. Unseen behavior in fandoms that have tiny to no western fandom.
there was another fandom drama I don't wanna bring hp here, again people harassing eachother and over Anya and her unborn baby. Why it's mostly Anya fans? it's getting exhaustingly repetitive already
>>3937279>Why it's mostly Anya fansthere's a post on tumblr with 56k likes about why the game's about toxic masculinity in the workplace.men are evil unless they're someone they can self insert intowomen are victims and dolls for them to project toBecause in the last few years this is what it's mostly been about. Sexual abuse has been the biggest hot topic this past year and I can't pinpoint an origin
>>3937277Yes you do sound thin-skinned. Curly saying something stupid but well-intended is fairly in-character even if I don't think he would think to phrase it that particular way. I don't know why this blew up into drama when I've seen this same concept done way worse before and this one wasn't even done out of hatred for Curly or anything, people just want to explore the more negative sides of a gray character.
>>3937281thanks anon, it does make things more interesting and compelling I see it
>>3937284It's fine, I've just seen enough real hate in the fanworks that I can tell when it's done to shit on a character and this wasn't really that. They even mention the side effects of the insomnia medicine he's taking impair judgement to float the idea that PE influenced a worse outcome yet again, so it's just an attempt to play with the concepts in the game.I still don't think Curly is quite that tactless even at his most ignorant but people exploring it isn't an issue as long as there's some nuance to it since his lack of awareness is a pretty big part of his character. It's god awful when they just try to strawman him though. I don't want to add too much to the moaning about the fandom in here since it drags down the mood for me so I'll leave it at that.
>>3937295your points are good and well written>don't want to add too much to the moaning about the fandom in here since it drags down the mood for me so I'll leave it at thatI relate on this lately. Yeah it's interesting to discuss some topics in fandom but sometimes, it gets too negative and I don't wanna keep interacting, it's tiresome and puts good mood down. Sometimes it's just good (especially for mental health) to stay with your opinions and headcanons in silence, without anyone's intervention. I just started blacklisting and ignoring people in toxic dramas. You don't have to face drama if you don't want to, take care
This game is shit and its fanbase is utter cancer

>>3937358@c85241 on twitter
>>3937280>Sexual abuse has been the biggest hot topic this past year and I can't pinpoint an originI think it's longer than that and it started with that #MeToo trend back in the day.
>>3937277Because people want an easy narrative of good people vs. bad people instead of people with all their flaws interacting with hostile systems.>>3937280It's not "men are evil," that's a very silly way to represent the point. It's "men are empowered to hurt women by a system that lets them get away with it, because everyone in the system tends to ignore it, and it's part of a larger system of abuse and apathy that everyone at the bottom of the ladder suffers the consequences of, but it's women who suffer the most acutely and obviously."The game is about abuse in general, but the Anya-Jimmy narrative is pretty clearly about the specific abuse women deal with, since, yeah, while the whole crew suffers abuse from the powers that be, even amongst them, the sole woman is abused and finds little opportunity to find sympathy or aid or recourse from this hostile work environment. The game isn't solely about the theme of "some men hurt women, most people ignore it," no, but the them is there. No, it isn't just there, it's pretty explicit. I mean, if you want a real-life example, just look at yourself: the very obvious theme is staring you straight in the face, and you're calling it a made-up, invalid projection, while being oblivious to why sexual abuse of women has become such an issue despite the whole Weinstein thing happening 8 years ago, the Dobbs thing happening 2 years ago, and the P. Diddy and the 2025 cabinet picks thing happening right this second.
>>3937507daisuke should crush him like a bug
>>3937500>and you're calling it a made-up, invalid projectionwho when and where. You're getting really mad and making up people who don't exist now when all I did was give anon the rundown of the drama that didn't involve a thesis statement.
hopefully there would be nugget thread in near future, wanna see more Curly in that form too
