You get enough time with the various robot masters and they all have personalities. Quick Man was a great antagonist. Wily hasn't been that good since the Ruby Spears cartoon. >>151960416Clarence is an amazing show about childhood and the last genuinely good western slice-of-life cartoon that came out.It has gotten hate because of its artstyle, despite it being the most fitting of all those "calarts" cartoons to look like children's doodles. It and Uncle Grandpa got overlooked and hated upon by some of the older audiences because it was just a simple episodic funny cartoon rather than a cartoon with deep, intricate lore for them to overthink about. It got screwed over at a time because Skyler Page had a mental breakdown and touched a nobody storyboard artist who over-exaggerated the incident.Clarence was a great show with a lot of soul to it who just had the misfortune of coming out during an era where people stopped liking episodic slice-of-life shows. It was a great show with fun characters, silly stories, emotional soft spots and - most importantly - a show that truly feels that it's about "children being children".
