Rebecca Sugar managed to stretch out the Steven Universe concept pretty far and was able to tell the main story she was hoping to tell, so I personally never felt we needed a spin-off or additional material. Still, I'm open to Lars of the Stars only because she and Ian JQ specifically want to make it.

A Spongebob movie would have been positively mind-blowing to me in 1999. But somehow, when it actually happened 5 years later, I did not give a flying fuck. Didn't even try to go see it.This leads me to believe that I must have died inside at some point between 1999 and 2004, which makes more sense the longer I think about it.
Yeah it was great. It's part of that collection of movies you would take with you on a road trip with your parents as a kid to see your sick aunt in the hospital.
