Forgive the clickbaity title (and ***SPOILER ALERT***), but if you look at the movie and compare it against social trends over the last few years, Diane Foxington starts the movie as an idealized modern career woman, who has made it to the top, and feels like she has to set aside her longing for a relationship because it could hurt her career. Mr. Wolf his struggling to get any kind of career going, but he clearly loves Diane despite having basically nothing to his name. Ultimately, the movie pushes the idea that even though Mr. Wolf is at a major disadvantage compared to Diane, and the cost of being with him is that Diane has to give up her job and start over to be with Wolf, Mr. Wolf is ultimately going to make her happier than she was when she had her career.That's actually a very positive counterprogramming message to send out to all the girls who are being exposed to careerist propaganda on tiktok. Perpetually single women working pointless "tech" jobs with free buffets, booze and playrooms are constantly being fed to young girls as if it's something they can achieve if they join the rat race and deprioritize finding a husband and having children. Also, the stereotypically toxic meta of Tinder and other dating apps: "if he's less than 6 feet tall and makes less than 6 figures he ain't worth your time." Mr. Wolf may be tall and handsome but rich he is not.

Watched it yesterday, pretty good sequel, Kitty was a great antagonist not to mention hot, of course and it was pretty cute to see Wolf and Diane finally getting together, oddly enough though, them finally burying the hatchet with Chief Misty was my personal highlight of the movie, can't even properly explain why honestly, she's cute when she's actually amicable I suppose.

Digman season 2 is finally over. MAJOR SPOILERS so don't read if you didn't watch all of season 2. Season 2 was OK, but it was kind of a disappointment. It took 2 years to make 8 episodes of season 2. Many of which are fillers. A major plot of season 1 was Rip trying to revive Bella, but when Bella finally wakes up, she just decides to leave Rip and acts coldly towards him. There were some touching moments like Saltine finding out how awful her parents were, and Saltine failing the Arky trials. Season 2 ends with Rip Digman dying, he gets electrocuted to death and passes his Arky title on to Saltine. Saltine keeps Rip frozen, just like Rip kept Bella. It's a decent ending to a season 2, but 2 years for 8 episodes is way too long to wait, especially for an archaeological adventure comedy show. This is a good cliffhanger for a season 3, but we may not even get a season 3 and Rip may just stay dead trapped in ice forever

I hate OMD/BND and all the shit with Paul but at least it is consistently awful and makes some sense in how they work with the universe even if they are retarded stories.But the entire Superior Spiderman story doesn't work logically or make sense at all. Marvel was terrible at explaining it also. The entire overarching plot doesn't even stay consistent and it feels like an excuse just to have Peter suffer more because Marvel loves to do that.The entire plot line around minds, brains, consciousness, and souls just does not even seem to fit together.
