A hero. A villain. A reporter. Three old men, on one night in Gotham, each have encounters that will reverberate across their city forever.

>>153068530The post-crisis relaunch did pretty well to boost Batman's sales, and the movie in 89 gave them a massive boost in particular. They did a bunch of crossovers in the 90s because every line with books was doing those, it was easy money.

>>153063109I don't think Lake would hate Amelia. With Mace it was definitely hate because he took the idea of a sliverr seeking freedom personally, He played with her mind on a personal level, broke protocols, he hated her and so She, but with Sieve it was always his duty, I think she never hated him on a personal level, she just found him annoying, like she knew it was his job, it was awful but his job at the end.Hell, she might even feel sorry for her since she can't get out even if she wants to, just like her.

This is more like the super princesses movies
Why does Disney ignore this movie? It's easily, EASILY got the best Father/Son characters in any animated Disney movie.
>>153069177Prevailing conspiracy is that Disney left it to die to justify killing of their 2D animation studio, but I have doubts because I feel like they wouldn’t have even bothered with having a McDonald’s tie-in if they wanted it to die. It’s very likely they straight just didn’t know how to market this film.
Personally I think Dipper and Mabel make a good pair, what do you think?

It's a shame that it's so hard to find western cartoon girls that wear spats, it seems to be mostly an anime thing.

>>153066754I know how to handle the little shits just fine.>>153066549I'm weird. I collect blenders. It is actually rather poor compared to earlier and even later ones. The plastic pitcher is just ass. It is not polycarbonate. They didn't do that for very long. Went back to glass very quickly.>>153067857Each button is a different speed except the red one, which is off. There was a blender speeds arms race back in the 1970s. The most buttons I have seen on one is 16 plus an off switch. Hamilton Beach, the maker of the blender I posted, would do a button for each speed. Sears also sold rebranded H+B blenders with the same thing. Warning did the same. Osterizers tended to have a high and a low button once they got over 10 speeds. You'd still get 16 speeds but you had to 'shift' to get the different ranges.

Bump
What is the most brutal death from the series?
>>153067642I'll say this in defense of Final Destination, as far as slasher-type flicks go, they tend to be pretty good at making characters you care about, and don't necessarily want to see die, especially 6.>>153068080I'm not sure they'll ever top the MRI machine from 6, but there's a reason people are still afraid to drive behind logging trucks, and not just because those drivers are, without any exception at all, high on meth and homicidal.>Source: I live in Oregon.
>>153068853>they tend to be pretty good at making characters you care about, and don't necessarily want to see die, especially 6.I didn't like the cast of 6 that much. They were fine.3's cast is my favorite by a wide margin. It felt like they were actually friends and not just together by circumstance.

Thunder... thunder... Thundercats, yoo? Does this cartoon series deserve another chance or is twice already too much? Anyone got original cartoon art/designs/sketches?

>>153068822Hopes? Fears? Desires?
>>153068904Mixed jaded feelings. There are a 1001 of these "working on the script" projects in Hollywood at any given time. It's meaningless until a studio actually picks it up and assigns a >$50m budget to it. That said, I'm cautiously optimistic about the new He-Man movie, which looks pretty decent from the previews. If we can get out of the awful late-2010s/2020 woke "reimagining for modern audiences" bullshit of the last decade then a new Thundercats movie could be cool. As long as it's not a one-and-done like the recent Transformers One, which was a very good movie that sank like a stone in the lake and did absolutely nothing for the TF franchise. In order to thrive Thundercats needs an all-around franchise offensive, including a movie, a streaming cartoon, toys, comics and other para-media. And it's unlikely any studio - not even Netflix or Amazon - would commit to that in today's volatile entertainment business.
Never knew Etrigan was a Thundercat.
