Too many (You)s to throw around haha. as for what TDS and PAG are, PAG is similar to CFG rescaling and helps guide the conditioning to be more accurate. the TDS is just a sampler that needs the custom sample node to use. It also helps a bit with accuracy so I just use it in the initial gen to get a good pose going then hires fix normally. as for a list of tags, it really isn't anything fancy I just go to danbooru and E621 to get ideas or find the proper tag for what I want.
