I like Calgary barbell's bench technique videos.

Important points you could be fucking up on
1. Not getting up onto your traps when setting up
2. Protracting the shoulders on the unrack instead of extending your elbows slightly and then using your lats
3. Gripping too wide or too narrow for your morphology
4. Not keeping your shoulder blades retracted the entire time. There is an advanced technique where you increase your arch on the descent and decrease it on the ascent but don't worry about that for now, keep them as retracted as you possibly can.
