See this video for example, he uses a machine a different way to target the read delt (its in german):https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21ZTg-WB3WkI tried it and if you sit sideways and just focus on the read delt I feel it a lot, but like I said I ususally go heavy with compound shit and occasionally use cables and light weight.
