dumbbell lateral raises
rear delt flys on a machine

>dumbbell lateral raises
doesn't work - muscle fibers aren't straight between origin and insertion points, fuck u shoulder
>OHP
front delt and fuck u shoulder

it's here (8th minute):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ozZKx9yC24E
this bloated retard stumbled upon the solution using emg device (and that's why all emg fitness content was nuked on ALL of social media) they don't erase the old stuff but influencers are forbidden from using this seemingly free content
well it's not free but they thought it was when they paid 40k$ for the thing and now they can't use it

so straight arm dumbbell back raises it is (i found it before i have seen this video), u can do it in exact same positioning u'd do crock row in, i go on all 4 and lift it there (u don't want to lower the weight anyways so that u don't lose tension on the muscle - very short motion), unilaterally or just bend over - doesn't really matter
weight must go entirely through triceps tendon and u adduct arm slightly at the top of motion to disengage lat
>>
>>75464263
>Cable rear delt fly
Inb4 "that's traps" again - no it isn't, just do the exercise correctly
>>
>>75464702
explain the movement better you illiterate.
>>
>>75464702
>that's traps
How fucking bad at lifting are you that you can't hit rear delts on a rear delt fly?

Answer: Rear delt fly, face pulls, wide row, dumbbell ohp in that order.
>>
>>75464263
I dunno, *shrugs*.
>>
>>75464755
it's explained by the bloated retard in the vid bot, that is if u try to pretend u can't fucking read lol
>>75464759
>How fucking bad at lifting are you that you can't hit rear delts on a rear delt fly?
it's a shit sandwitch that's called peanut butter bot - it doesn't do what it says, it's traps

>Rear delt fly
traps
>face pulls
traps and front delt
>wide row
traps again - see the bloated retard with emg device he can't use vid:

>dumbbell ohp
front delt only, but if u try to reach as high as u can and do quartereps into full internal shoulder rotations of trying to reach as high with one dumbbell as u can u will beautifully isolate side deltoid
>>75464830
also traps bot :D
>>
>>75464844
yeah every elite bodybuilder in history didn't actually train their rear delts with reverse flies, they trained traps.
jeez what a fucking moron u are
>>
>>75464847
>yeah every elite bodybuilder in history didn't actually train their rear delts with reverse flies
they are all on roids and NONE OF THEM not ONE bot has overgrown rear delt in relation to side and front delt
> they trained traps
yes botardo retardo, and upper traps only to boot, that's why all of them have horrible postures :D

do u know what grows lower traps though bot? and fixes ur winging scapula in weeks (like 2 weeks tops)? my one and only side deltoid isolation the unilateral modified uright row
>>75461013
>modified unilateral upright row:
take one light dumbbell fully internally rotate shoulder and fully pronate forearm (disengages biceps completely)
keep forearm with db perpendicular to floor at all times, elbow as far as it goes to the front
in this positioning u weigh the weight on your isolated side deltoid (and lower trap) by moving humerus through parallel to floor (little up little down)
bend in hips accordingly to facilitate the positioning and motion
>>
I train em with cable and one grip.
>>
>>75464960
keep the weight on triceps tendon though at all times (recent addition) - creates an nice arch and facilitates continuous tension on muscle belly
it feels as if u were supinating your forearm when u pull in full forearm pronation into triceps - odd sensation, but u get used to it quickly
>>
>>75464964
>I train em with cable and one grip.
standing with arm alongside body and chest supported yes it will wrok, but u can just bend or go on knees or support yourself
on bench like for one arm rows >>75464702
it is sloved, fixed, it needs very little improvement if any
>>

testosterone enanthate

>standing with arm alongside body and chest supported yes it will wrok, but u can just bend or go on knees or support yourself
Yes, since the rear back delt is super small like you said its really hard to just hit it without involving upper back or traps.
But you either dont give a fuck and just go heavy and hope you hit it aswell as your upper traps and back (worked with me in the past)
or really go light weight and isolate it with an angle (with cable) thats in line with the rear delt muscle.

See this video for example, he uses a machine a different way to target the read delt (its in german):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21ZTg-WB3Wk

I tried it and if you sit sideways and just focus on the read delt I feel it a lot, but like I said I ususally go heavy with compound shit and occasionally use cables and light weight.
>>
>>75464702
Isn't EMG data a poor indicator for growth stimulus?
>>
>>75464989
it isn't
> but muh basedence paper
it's bunch of bullshit that coincided with world wide ban for influencers on using emg devices - this was too powerful, it was about to blow the whistle on all the bullshit u are spewing here bot if it continued, and that's why all the influencers in entire social media sphere stopped in unisome using it - they were ordered and they listened, because they are bought and paid for and do as they are told

if u be so kind and reproduce the paper in totality here bot i would read it and tell u if it's a method mistake or outright fraud, but u won't do that so it might as well not exist

yes emg works but we can't have nice things apparently
>>
>>75464984
>Yes, since the rear back delt is super small like you said its really hard to just hit it without involving upper back or traps.
no it's easy, one db alongside your body, bend over or whatever, weight entirely through triceps tendon - traps don't cramp nor get sore

>But you either dont give a fuck and just go heavy and hope you hit it aswell
NO SUCH THING as
>oh do squats and abs will grow, just brace for that big fat purple hemorrhoid
no bot, u need to isolate muscle under continuous load for tens of seconds, that's why regular curls don't work - the tension veers from one head of biceps to other to brachialis to delt and u get zero time in which muscle in question is working continuously, zero time under tension >>75449779
just cause particular thing is "used" means fuckall, yes u will grow some rear delt from bent over barbell row, but it won't grow nearly as much compared to isolating that muscle and u'll fuck yourself up anyways before that because biceps tendon will fail before u grow any meaningful delt
>or really go light weight and isolate it with an angle (with cable) thats in line with the rear delt muscle
no u don't need cable even, frankly u can stand with your back to the wall and push back with one hand keeping load on triceps tendon - this will do exact same thing as i am describing
>>75464984
>See this video for example, he
has no rear delt compared to front delt bot
too high and wrong machine, u need to move humerus in relation to scapula, he is doing an compound that does not isolate rear delt and that's why he has none :D
>>
>>75464702
This is true, pulling back when standing and leaning forward (lower the better) works my back side of arms the most Triceps, I'm not strong so I do feel the muscles working. But I don't feel any work on shoulders.
Dumbbell Over head press, make me to feel my shoulders. Or dumbbell bench press.
Working with cables, work more on my shoulders then any exercise, I have tested so far.

>no it's easy, one db alongside your body, bend over or whatever, weight entirely through triceps tendon - traps don't cramp nor get sore
Trash because you wont have tension at the bottom of the rep, wont make it grow that way.

>no bot, u need to isolate muscle under continuous load for tens of seconds, that's why regular curls don't work - the tension veers from one head of biceps to other to brachialis to delt and u get zero time in which muscle in question is working continuously, zero time under tension
You dont need to isolate a muscle for it to grow, I have good front delts and never isolated them, comes just from bench pressing.
Same goes for the rear delt. Will grow under heavy loads with compounds.

>just cause particular thing is "used" means fuckall, yes u will grow some rear delt from bent over barbell row, but it won't grow nearly as much compared to isolating that muscle and u'll fuck yourself up anyways before that because biceps tendon will fail before u grow any meaningful delt
No isolation needed if you row heavy enough, thats a you problem.

>no u don't need cable even, frankly u can stand with your back to the wall and push back with one hand keeping load on triceps tendon - this will do exact same thing as i am describing
Constant tension without flex doesnt grow a muscle, that why you wont grow legs by standing up with weight on your back.
So thats a trash way to grow ur rear delt, cables are the perfect way with heavy rows.

>has no rear delt
>too high and wrong machine, u need to move humerus in relation to scapula, he is doing an compound that does not isolate rear delt and that's
You can clearly see his rear delts isolated working in that video, his traps arent activated.

>why he has none :D
Post body.
>>
>>75465032
>no u don't need cable even, frankly u can stand with your back to the wall and push back with one hand keeping load on triceps tendon
just tried it and it is, ehh .... better than dumbbell, that's it, better than anything else out there, stand with your back to wall and press with bottom of your fist on it :D wahh, wouldn't have though of it otherwise :D ha :D
and straight upper back and turn slightly on working hand - disengages lat and puts u right smack in perpendicular with load to scapular plane which in theory and practice turns off traps :D
>>
>>75465055
>tender elbow
>>75465077
>Trash because you wont have tension at the bottom of the rep, wont make it grow that way.
sorry bot - there is no bottom of rep anymore >>75465083
and i do it on all 4 hitherto meaning i can't lower db at all because floor is limiting motion and i don't bang shit on floor lol
>>
>>75465077
>I have good front delts and never isolated them
yes u did when u thought u were doing biceps or pecs - bot
>Same goes for the rear delt. Will grow under heavy loads with compounds.
no heavy compond even replicates this motion bot
>>75465083
>>
>>75464702

I hate this fucking board. can't wait till my roids come in then I'm outta here
>>
>>75465100
>yes u did when u thought u were doing biceps or pecs - bot
so I isolated my front delts by bicep curling and bench pressing? do you hear yourself talking ahahahah
same logic I isolated my rear delts rowing then ;) gotcha
>>
>>75465077
>No isolation needed if you row heavy enough, thats a you problem.
when i rowed heavy i had bum biceps bot - fuck off bot and there was 3rd of rear delt i got now
>Constant tension without flex doesnt grow a muscle
yes it does and that why you wont
>grow legs by standing up with weight on your back.not constant but continuous
i do not do that bot and i have decent legs :D with calves glutes quads and hams
that's my whole oint bot all fitness related media is FAKE:
>>75465001
>cables are the perfect way with heavy rows
rows fuck u up in many ways, like benchpress - it is not necessary for anything doing those things included (i can row and i can bench but don't want to and don't)
>You can clearly see his rear delts isolated working in that video, his traps arent activated.
>Post body.
they are not on this bloated retard bot, not there bot in ur very fucking still in ur vid u posted bot, no rear delt found compared to front lol

rowing doesnt work biceps haha bro DYEL? rowing works back in rear delts qed

read some studies m8 it doesnt :D

cap, post legs you DYEL bet you wont ;)
