I mean I feel strong as fuck, my squat is clearly stronger despite me not having even touched 80%+ yet. But as I expected soft tissues are always going to be the limiting factor for very high frequency programming.

This is normal. Everything aches until you make the work sets. No one said it would be easy. Remember to have an on ramp into higher poundages before trying a new 1rm and blaming the program. Take a few weeks to peak a 5rm before testing 1rm.

If you'll consult the graph.. He plateaued around 125-130kg bench and 260kg sumo for most of this year. Then September came. This is a period where he got a ""coach"" (only told him to eat - ignored), dyed his hair, and said he'd neglect everything for deadlift PRs. He was on a caloric deficit during this period and recomped into abs. He'd max out on sumo weekly if not twice a week. His 280kg PR and plateau breaker was done a day after failing it and doing a bunch of max effort singles. After his 300 he got caught lying about "bulking hard for it", because the idiot posted about cutting in October.

In this period where he suffered every training debuff possible and neglected his bench training, his bench just randomly smashed through the plateau. Why? We all know why.

First time doing Romanian Deadlifts. A very enjoyable exercise. I didn't push the weight because my hams were sore from Goodmornings on Friday.
I was programmed to do Pronated Curls, but my fat ass sprained my wrist when getting up off the floor about a week ago, and that position hurts. Replaced them with Hammer Curls.

My all time best at the time was 410, with a much shorter pause than I did in competition. I'd say it was roughly equivalent in terms of strength, maybe slightly less due to only benching 3 days a week for the entire comp prep so I wasn't as efficient at benching as I could have been. Would doing 3x5 @80% week 1, 5x3 @85% week 2, then adding 5 lbs to my e1rm be enough to give some strength gains or do I need to do something more complicated? This would be for incline and close grip bench, two lifts that I have neglected.

I do feel that a closer grip is more stable, less straining on the wrists (I stopped using wrist wraps) and easier to program accessories for. You sacrifice some ROM but I'm not flexible enough to fold myself in half anyway. I guess the same applies to you too.

old mate in the glasses is correct in locking the lat in then rotating the trunk to get it over midline. Idk if it was mentioned (and i've never seen anyone ever talk about it in a tutorial video) but you might want to play around with active shoulder elevation similiar to how you would in a front rack. I find the it feels a lot more stable.
Did you feel limited by the setup? You are wanting to step out which is good because you're pressing the dumbbell out away from the body so that allows you to get under it but with the single width mat you can't go out as wide without snapping an ankle on the edge of the mat. You end up pressing the dumbbell towards your left and transferring all the weight through your left leg, losing stability instead of being planted through both.

interesting, i've never programmed push press in same block as jerk/jerk variations. I tend to do them alongside strict press. i might mess around with the pp to push jerk complex, seems like it could be a fun although i hate re-racking >90%.

is this a 20 week block? i ask because adding 30kg to your jerk at these weights is fairly substantial. last 12 week block where i actively concentrated on jerk revolved around a lot clean + double jerk variations since it enabled me to get accustomed to the fatigue of standing up with the bar so by week 8 i had a lot of confidence going into heavy singles.

Are you failing off the chest/rack? If you are using stretch reflex for machine/db work andd leg drive for push press then you are mostly focusing on tricep/lockout. Bench you are using your pecs to drive off your chest and finishign with triceps. Makes sense that this would be stronger while you've detrained your start position/shoulders on ohp. When doing db work, machine work, seated military press you should be doing it from a deadstop/pin press to build shoulder power
