After decades of lifting in simply sharing some perspective for the little zoom zooms like yourself. I know you must think lifting is oh so important right now to justify your otherwise meaningless life, but it’s not, it’s just a hobby and try to remember that since you’re never going to be close to a relevant level of strength anyways.
