>people will do deadlifts for years
>come to find out deadlifts primarily train the adductor magnus, a literal who muscle nobody looks at or gives a fuck about

can SBDfags ever stop taking Ls?

So it does the thing most people want it to do (as well as other compounds and free weights/bar exercises) aka train stabilizers and add density and mass
Also your paper literally says that the harmstring is under the most tension most of the time
>>

>aka train stabilizers and add density and mass

interesting, tell me more about these "stabilizers"

which muscles are they?
>>
>>76773415
>>
>>76773425
a compound requires far more weight to build the muscles involved (both the primary mover and the secondary/tertiary groups) than isolations do

a deadlift would be inferior to doing separated isolations of the glutes and hamstrings if you're training them in order to get the "stabilizer" muscles involved

the primary benefit of deadlifts is spinal erectors but there are easy ways around that as well

Me put man made metal on a bar lift it up and down me sore me done with workout eat my eggs and milk me sleepy

Cool, you go do that then. Can you please put the goalposts back where you found them on the way out, thanks.
>>
>>76773674
okay, i'll make sure to put them back after you do your shitty ineffective fatiguing exercise
>>
>>76773459
people don't train deadlifts for hypertrophy
>>
>>76773396
deadlifts are fun

glute medius and adductors - so that u look like u're fat even ripped to shreds :D
your pelvis and upper legs will look like ball of mishapen lard - u become literal clown suit
vastus lateralis from squats will complete the imagery

what did i fucking say bot? what did i say? xD :D
>>76762329
yes - pictured is your "wide hip", it's a muscle, it's related to the way you move, u need to change your ways to get rid of it's overgrowth
> and legs?
no, grow gastrocnemius, VMO and glute max

>no, grow gastrocnemius, VMO and glute max
>>76774659
>it's not glute max it's glute medius bot, u need neutral or posterior pelvic tilt for glute max
>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Syd1QfjqQ7U [Embed]

> https://youtu.be/yBjqHxg1Mi0?t=209 [Embed] this will work WITH posterior pelvic tilt for glute max
> in actuality the only time glute max is used during squat and deadlift is when u buttwing at the bottom of squat or "push hips through" i.e. move pelvis into posterior tilt at the top of this motions
but buttwink is in hip flexion - also gluten mediusen
> meaning NEVER cause there's no load there

VMO - unilateral quartersquat with full internal hip rotation engaged entire time ( keep rotating pelvis onto working leg in isometric hold

And bench mainly trains the triceps
Anything else?

The image clearly shows that deadlift trains glutes and hamstrings.

Damn a non-bot non-brown person on /fit/. Extremely rare sighting

>And bench mainly trains the triceps
>Anything else?
triceps was solved by richard the pianist bot:
>>76771137
bench gives u negative pecs that's why it's not for anything:
>>76757609
>>yes bot, bench gives u negative pecs :D course shoulders will get fucked, but the real curse is stiff injured pecs cause with retracted shoulder while pushing sternal part of muscle snags on ribcage, it will try to contract but will be constantly interrupted by BONE poking it, malformed injured muscle that is stiff & shortened will pull shoulders forward and into internal roll and lock thoracic spine into permanent flexion - ergo negative pecs, doesn't matter how much armpit part of muscle will grow, u won't even see it cause it will be hidden in your caved in posture

>>76775199
>Damn a non-bot non-brown person on /fit/. Extremely rare sighting
>The image clearly shows that deadlift trains glutes and hamstrings.
nope bot, the image says there is no load on glute max during working part of squat and dead-lift
and countless squatters and deadlifters and hip thursters arses do not lie - this image bot
