My gf is a cute tard with an iPhone 13 Pro and she fills up space very quickly with millions of videos and photos of her cat.
Apps randomly stop working when the phone is full. She doesn't believe in icloud.
Asks me to transfer photos and videos to an SD card she keeps in her purse (even though she can only access it through my laptop with an SD slot)

Yeah the big problem with Western nations is that so many of their own people support the treachery through indoctrination that there is no clear distinction between "The minority that hate you and rule everything" and yourself, almost half of the west, regardless of which side you are on, agree with the powers that be and actively want their nations destroyed.

Such riots don't happen organically tho, the people wanting to kill is organic but the organization is done by someone who is probably trying to get in power now.

Do modern cars still have cd readers? I remember putting a DVD in one before and it locked up, the reader kept trying to scan it and would only eject under specific circumstances. There are probably a few thousand non-luxury/sports cars driving around with bricked cd players because some kid thought to put music on a dvd, not all of them can play audio tracks off a dvd.

Cynical take. Are you 12? You don't have to engage with posts you don't want to engage with; people come to this board with very different intentions.
>>
Shit, anons, I'm really fucking lost for the past week now.

How does one implement resizable grouped columns with Tanstack table? In a group, they all resize proportionally and size values are ignored.

Any advice on how to dynamically generate said groups and append them depending on data coming in from API? Shit really gets slow with 100 rows and virtualization seems to not be enough.

Fuck, I hate fucking tables. My whole job for the past 7 months has been implementing basically every feature of this library and adding lots of business logic related custom features as well. Fuck me.
>>
>>106545760
>You don't have to engage with posts you don't want to engage with
Yeah I usually don't. I just think it's dumb that some people have an expectation that they'll have everything spoon fed to them for free just because they asked about it.
>>
>>106545928
>for free
What do you mean? Sharing information is the point of the internet. At least it used to be.

While you do have a fair point of criticism, I personally always expect someone to just tell me I'm a faggot. If I get lucky, I get useful info. I think there's many more people, who also hope for (but don't expect) this.

My point is that your attention to such faggots is pointless waste of energy.
>>
>>106546027
>Sharing information is the point of the internet
If someone seems like they're making a proper effort to teach themselves, but they just have a quick question, then maybe I might answer it, but some people seem to think they're entitled to be spoon fed everything for free.

How would you know this? There's more than one person using these distros.
>meme distros
You're implying Mint isn't one? There's no agreed definition on what a "meme distro" is, and there's no point in labeling any distro as a meme distro because you can label every OS as a meme OS by cherry-picking flaws/criticisms.
>spreading fud about stuff like mint
What fud? Mint being outdated is a legitimate criticism of the distro, and so is the fact it's using bottom tier DEs.

Calling things you dislike "memes" or "shit" is absolute retard behavior.

>and DE written in Python.

Mint, Puppy, pretty much anything that doesn't have GNOME or KDE. If it has an SSD you could probably use something with GNOME or KDE, slow storage is the main bottleneck for these.
>>
>>106546116
Brackets for 3.5'' bays for 2.5'' SSDs are always something to look into for older PCs that only came with HHD cages.

We had some "dentists" and all kinds of people from diverse professions in our open-source and hacking circles since forever. The Arch linux package maintainer was a german (i think) dentist IIRC. I don't know if he is still around.
I personally had a friend who got into med school, and he was always better than me with computers (including using mandrake/mandriva without issue before I even got into that stuff). He later had no time for it of course, and I became a capable engineer myself.
Long story short, not everyone is an average jeet who can only learn one thing in life, and learn it inadequately, which seems to be a common assumption nowadays.

The inconvenient truth for a lot of people here is that AI slop is miles better than legacy tech debt trash most companies are forced to use.

Instead of C. No more passing pointers. Everyone thinks of C++ as and OOP language, but it can be used like Clojure without being slow. The truth is C++ wins because it's multi-paradigm. It supports both the OOP retards, and the Pure Function Chads. It's something for everyone.

Lisp is great but it's so slow. C++ is closest to fast lisp.

It's not necessarily though, SBCL is quite fast, and you can also use tricks to modify how things work at a low level. Common Lisp is actually potentially quite fast. Clojure is the one that stands out as being really bad for performance.
