Here's your new run dialog bro

This would have been cool 20 years ago but I'm just so jaded these days. Give me back everything they took and I'll be willing to try empty pretty things again. I just associate this sort of thing with something important disappearing, I just won't know what for a while.
>>
>>107658601
I seriously hope you are being paid to defend this regression.
>>
>>107658717
You beat me to it but here's the unmolested version.

FUCK TITLE BARS
FUCK THE CLOSE BUTTON
FUCK INPUT FIELDS WITH OBVIOUS BORDERS AND DELINEATION
FUCK THE BROWSE BUTTON

These clowns are being paid 350k plus stock for this fucking slop.
>>
>>107658601
DAMN IT man just buy a new computer every six months bro what are you poor or something, that's the only possible reason anyone would care that the run dialogue box is now a Chromium web browser

WinUI has always suffered from poor performance when drawing rounded edges. The "modern flyouts" dev has lamented this issue. Satay just does not want to put any significant dev power into native Windows UI. The question then becomes: why can't AI just fix it? Ruminante on that.

let me guess. you need more

There is no such thing as a native UI on Linux, and """native""" on Windows means of one 8 different UI technologies. Not having a WebUI is not the death of ladybird but it would be nice to have as an option, in my opinion.

we can proxify salvageable stuff to basic html rendering, then just crash when trying to render some bloated spa website, or render some offensive word to make money worshippers go away

It's not even being proposed. It's a feature request that has been ignored.

>anon said Silverstone.
thats all well and good and they look great but I don't want to spend $300+ on a case with features I consider basic. my old fractal define 4 had a 5 inch bay and a whole internal rack of 3.5" bays, PLUS space for two front 120mm fans.
wtf happened to cases like that?
also, most of the silverstone cases go further than that and add locks, indicator lights and shit.
anyway so now I'm looking at cheap chinese cases on alibaba because they're probably pretty good.
china namba juan.!! pic related

>they fell for the bazzite meme
Shitposting aside, just use one of the "mainstream" distributions such as Arch, Debian, Mint, etc. Choose whatever you want, nowadays most of them have a pretty straighforward installation process and are easy to use already. Unless you have a really specific usecase, a regular Linux distribution is more than enough for your average Joe. Never fall for these "super ez to use!!" type of distros.

Ew no that is extremely far away from what I'm saying, that is actually the closest actually-existing thing to an OPPOSITE of what I described

"what if the actuation was processed and then you send a signal to do a thing not even locally close to where the actuation happened and slightly delayed which has no relation at all to the switch mechanism"

This is an impressively bad reply, but somehow I don't think you're trolling me on purpose. (Maybe you are)
