That is not even competition, they are so behind. Even if ASML stop researching and making new machines, chinks would be still at least 15 years behind.

You still have Samsung foundries, which sure isn't competitive but how is everyone forgetting Intel, their next few nodes will be competitive, Panther lake is a few weeks away, and leaks show it being very competitive, thanks to 18A. as well as just some really good design decisions.

>>107681450
ASML are the worlds largest supplier of lithography machines.

>>107681470
AMD can't match that, how do you expect China to magically just match it?

If I licensed a drawing under creative commons share-alike non-commercial license and an AI scraped it, would that make everything the AI generates creative commons as well? I mean that's how it works if a human took my drawing and transformed it so why not the AI.

I know its a computer focused conference but seeing all the climate shit and no one discussing the obvious EUSSR shit we are seeing I would have thought someone at least would make a effort to discuss the renewable energy network and its implication. Thats a full semester course of course but you can condense it down to 90min and it would be a eye opener for most people because it connects directly to the thiel and co. driven surveillance dictatorship.

Just a crackpot theory but looking at Kimi's Deployment Guide there is no prompt format provided, so the reasoning might be parsed/forced by the inference engine, and the prefilling has to be enabled and supplied in a special way like they show here https://platform.moonshot.ai/docs/guide/use-partial-mode-feature-of-kimi-api
Meaning there's no way unless the provider has taken some deliberate steps. Or I'm just retarded.
Also this is old but I can't be amazed how they have explicit name property support in the request the API accepts https://platform.moonshot.ai/docs/api/partial#role-playing

No one gives a shit if a game or program is 99% AI code, but if any part of the front end is touched by AI it's time to riot.

Far more people's jobs are at risk from AI language related tasks but the entire anti ai movement is based on shitty twitter artists doodles

HWID2 generates and registers a permanent legitimate license on MS's activation servers
github.com/massgravel/Microsoft-Activation-Scripts
Usage: paste this into Powershell, run.

I've heard nothing but good things about Everything, but uh... how do I actually use it? I mean what is the use case even supposed to look like? Is it supposed to be a complete replacement for windows explorer? Or just the search function? It's a lot snappier in searching but I've been dicking around with the UI and well, it's really hard to use as just a general file browser.

>Inb4 patents expired
But the licensing agreement from the original CRADA still holds and ITAR still applies. One of the original stipulations was that ASML was supposed to build the machines here, but the Clinton administration let them out of most of their obligations besides "no EUV to Chinks" and "pay us money".

No just financial aid, but foundational research. You can thank Ronald Reagan and his SDI spending spree for EUV. Unironically the next step into XUV or plasmonic nano-lithography below the diffraction limit will be due to laser weapons technology maturation. Pretty sure ASML is already working with the DoE again on these exact things at LLNL.
