Everything is already from China, but here we discuss the cheap chink shit you see on various sites.

Reviews on AliExpress?
It heavily depends. I don't think they do paid reviews like Amazon funnily enough, but they have a lot more weird habits like buyers who will rate everything 5 stars even if the item doesn't work, removing reviews or straight up changing all older reviews to 5 stars

Best bet is read the reviews.

>>107728871
I don't think it will be real HDR at that price anyway desu.I'd suggest checking Youtube there are people who compare all the cheap chinese ones

>>107728913

I'm going to be ordering for Bulgaria(EU) and I haven't ordered in a while.
I remember that there were some changes to ordering shit from abroad where you have to pay VAT now.
Does anybody know how that works now?

I want to order earpads for ~20 euros or so, but I'm worried I'll have to go through the ringer of having to check them out of customs for another 40 euros. I had to do that for a phone years ago.

Upgrading from a 2070S, debating between:
- PNY OC 5070 for 560€
- Zotac Gaming Solid OC 5070 for 590€
- Refurb Sapphire Pulse 9070 for 590€
- XFX Swift 9070 for 620€
- Sapphire Pulse 9070XT for 635€

Which of these is the better buy? I don't want to help the Nvidia monopoly, but the zotac seems the better deal.

Also, I'm running a 5800X3D in a B450M Mortar Max, so PCIE3. Should I try to find a B550 PCIE4 motherboard?

if you wonder why I am schizzoing out about the LG store over other retailers is also because they have the G5 with the stand bundle most stores don't ship it with the stand (150€ extra btw) which adds on even more cost

there is a bubble in the private sector as companies don't see returns and at some point even though the economy is fake money will actually run out, but it won't collapse because it's backed by states for military and surveillance. it's like asking if building nuclear bombs is a bubble because we never use them
>>
>>107729621
You don't seem to know how the cold war works you moronic fuckheads. This shit is all government funded to again develop AI faster and better then China. It doesn't matter if it doesn't make a profit right now but in the future it will. Lots of technology is like this specially when it comes to trying to keep the US at leading edge of technology. We need to have the best of the best or an enemy state will gain control. You fucking moron.
>>
>>107729810
we made the same argument you fucking retard
>>
>>107729593
This is entirely what's going on right now.
The U.S. MIC and government is scared out of their mind that a runaway ai powerhouse in the hands of a foreign government could shift the reliance on U.S. data centers. Its the same thing that happened with crypto when foreign markets started building cheap crypto mining centers in the middle of Eurasia but this has the potential to spread internationally with it's outreach. Its the same old game of pushing your products to the third world and cornering the market before the competition can get it's foot in the door. Look at all the foreign governments that desperately want to get into the american market purely for the purposes of crashing the economy. China wants to do that on an international scale with ai while America wants to strangle the foreign governments around the world for the same reason. This explains alot about whats going on in the news beyond even the ai tech front. AI well only increase the level of sophistication and complexity that these economic mechanisms are manipulated.

all the three manufacturers have the same defect rates overall, some serials are known to have slightly higher defects especially on particular capacities like above 28TB or with hamr but that's about it, it's usually easy to id and avoid them.
