Third world shithole laws give me vacations that use up both work and non-work days.

Made a genetic optimization script in guile to find out good schedules, seems to be working, but converges too rapidly.
With our rules there isn't some magical solution that will allow me 90 days of rest but heh, I'll find ways of increasing diversity, maybe I can get 41 or 42 days instead of just 30.
