What's "non-importable"? IT'S IMPLEMENTATION DEPENDENT. No one knows.
C++ keeps stapling shiny new abstractions onto a language whose foundation is still “whatever your compiler feels like today.” Every new feature “works unless it doesn’t.”
It’s not a language design so much as cardboard layer cake.
Why don't you use something else? MPI. The alternative would be Fortran.

Arch Linux is the only version of Linux I can get to install on my laptop. Debian, Ubuntu, Mint, Fedora, RHEL, OpenSUSE all crash by the time they can even start the install process. Granted my laptop has a pretty terribly-supported iGPU but even generic Windows drivers handle it fine so I don't know why it's so hard for Linux. And I don't know if that's even the problem.
