Two more weeks. Jewtel still has over 20B in cash and short term assets. Over 150B in long term assets. The only nuclear scenario for Jewtel would be if they have to write off Intel 16A in 2027/2028 and then ditch their Fabs and go full TSMC which all of their current gen products are already on as a stopgap for Intel 16A

I will never forgive kiwiNIGGERS for getting him to delete his online presence
I used to watch his daily dev update posts on mastodon, where he would post updates on Ares, Hare and his side projects (linux kernel clone, minecraft clone)
It made me motivated to develop something myself too. Now the only motivation I get is watching Tsoding do half finished meme projects that last for one week at most.

Right?
If you use AI for anything but Wizard-tier generated code, you're risking disaster.
One off simple functions that don't do anything important, easy simple framework to work with.
If it is for secure code, generate, test the fuck out of it, rewrite it even.
But do not use that shit as-is, we're simply not there yet, not for anything reliable, consistent or secure.

>30% of Microsoft code is written by AI

>"I'd say maybe 20%, 30% of the code that is inside of our repos today and some of our projects are probably all written by software,"

>Google CEO Sundar Pichai in October said that more than 25% of new code was written by AI. Earlier this month, Shopify CEO Tobi Lutke told employees that they will have to prove AI cannot do a job before asking for more headcount. Similarly, Duolingo CEO Luis von Ahn on Monday announced in a memo that the language-teaching company will gradually turn to AI in lieu of human contractors.

Is this true?

Its pretty good to write a decent chunk of code, it fumbles after a certain period. however it still can be mitigated with good MCP framework. Rate limits are the true bottleneck an that is likely gonna get better in handful of years

>>106525348
They mandate the CTOs to implement it and everyone below scrambles below to comply

I believe this is what the big companies, which are pushing for AI, really want: to replace code monkeys. They want it to be true, so they will try it.
>>
>>106524052
>Duolingo will gradually turn to AI
I could see this for a more interactive approach for something like conversations to learn, but still, you can't replace real humans with AI, like holy shit bro, they put a fucking ad every time you finish a lection, how much more money do they want?

>drug abuse and other reasons mean you can accidentally/intentionally get dumb
>rarely does one accidentally get smarter

there is not just one retard for every ten normies, there are actually two, and then there's just one (You), of course.

this realization, that is more likely to be closer to objective reality than the widespread misrepresentation of human intellgience distribution, helps me a lot.

>Received state-recognized IQ certificate of 136 points.
Yeah, and without further thinking, you might assume there is also one 64-IQ out there for every one of you.

I'm saying, it's probably in the 1.35x - 1.85x range, not at or around an assumed symmetric 1.00x.

Maybe it's just my physics/idealized-world intuition kicking in (and thus assuming symmetry), and I need another "fact" to override that, and so I am annoyed by such inaccuracies presented.

Unironically,
>>106532070
>the numbers
gotta check out some survey and plot it against a graph.
How many participants (and cross-sectional aspect) do you need to make phenomenon in the <0.5% area significantly correlatable?
How many such studies even exist?
Like one or two massive ones in the 1960s in the US general populace or something, that's the calibre you probably need as a data basis.

>Any time both sides of this meme have the same reasoning the person who made it is a midwhit trying to project himself as a genius.
There is just logically bound to be some aspect in life, where super dumb and super smart will do the same and normies will do it wrong.
If you can split them into those three groups and run them through all possible tasks, you will definitely find task candidates.

I understand your concern with the scaling of IQ scores. As IQ numerically increases the real-worl intelligence associated with each number seems to increase logarithmically, at least that is my gut reaction.

Also
>~68 IQ amount on the flipped bellcurve
Since my (europoor) country has left in sub-human level intelligence from Africe en-mass over the last ten years, I'd be willing to bet that the 68IQ now outnumbers my IQ level by 3x to 4x. People are too dumb to realize what effect this has on a society.

I know and I dread the day. My only option is going to build a windows machine, but I really don't want to do that.

I read some people saying online that maybe in the future there can be a special Linux kernel that guarantees integrity so anticheat can come to linux and that maybe Steam and Gabe are working on it now. Is there a way to "varnish" things with CSS?
Like I want things to glow but the glow has to be relative to -- for example to the position of the mouse or or the object on the screen.
I assume vanilla CSS can not do this and some javascript will be needed but I'm not sure how to start with this.
