This is with ~10s of uncleaned input audio per voice/speaker. The original voices are also low fidelity, that's not VibeVoice crushing them btw.

>>106508604
Yeah, I've been playing around with it for a bit now and it seems quite versatile. I wonder if there's a way to get it to do laughs or perhaps precisely fiddle with the inflection mid sentence? I think I remember doing something like that with TortoiseTTS a while ago.
>>
>>106508831
It seemingly tries to emulate bitrate and noise of the original clip and maybe even exaggerate it.
>>
>>106508848
Wouldn't say it exaggerates the effect. Sounds pretty spot on to me, especially Fox. Only thing I'd like to improve is the inflections and the random bouts of background noise. Probably could all be fixed with better and longer input voices. I should probably clean it up a bit and give it more than 10 seconds per voice.
>>
>>106508831
Are you just using the default settings? I am getting good results inbetween ones that just spazzes the fuck out lol

Its just y2k revival in general. Lots of popular music has aesthetic and sonic roots in y2k music. Most of them can’t nail the y2k sound and it just ends up sounding like 80s music.

Anon you do realise its just fixed to 24H2 right? For as long as they release quality updates for 24H2, LTSC will get them. This will at least be until 25H2 releases but even GAC editions get supported 24H2 for 3 years now.

>they will simply have a bigger crash later until govt can't bail anyone out because they parasitically drove everyone else out of the market and can't justify the enormous costs anymore

You’re making the mistake of assuming trustworthy actors who will be held to honesty by the forces of reality, when it’s very often dishonest actors trying to bend reality to their will.
If you want to see the future look at china. Economy is entirely monopolized, fake, and the companies are unsustainable. people know it’s fake, the government knows people know it’s fake, but they keep up the facade anyways and disappear any dissidents who can count too well. Only survivors are people who can keep their counting skills on the down low until they have enough to flee the country. (Little do they know they’re jumping out of the fire and into the frying pan)
It’s soviet style false reality sociopathy but in a capitalist presenting flavor rather than communist.
Total Sociopath Death btw.

"“Denoising and filtering are integral parts of a ray tracing pipeline. In a real-time setting, one can afford only a handful of rays per pixel, often randomly distributed. Consequently, the result is inherently noisy. By combining these sparse (but correct) per-pixel evaluations with spatiotemporal filters, variance is drastically reduced at the cost of increased bias, which is often a reasonable trade-off in real-time rendering. "

>>106508997
not that anon but basically they're saying if you did proper path tracing (shooting a bajillion rays for each surface on screen), it would take way too long to compute the final color of each pixel with an acceptable quality. Like several minutes for a single frame. So instead you do a handful of samples each frame, and blend the result between frames (using temporal aka the old frame vs the current frame). The spatial part is referring to the concept that you don't just blindly blend between frames because there might be massive spatial discontinuities that would cause massive ghosting / incorrect results. There's merit to this approach and NVIDIA has gone balls deep into it but it's too expensive even with all these optimizations.

also, the problem is not just the code, it's the data structures. If they were clear (descriptive struct field names and comments to describe what's stored, maybe what invariants should be maintained, etc..) you could easily infer what the code is doing.
>>
>>106506664
It's day and night compared to QBE. Just browsing through the code, all the functions, variables, types, fieds names seem pretty descriptive to me. There are a few short comments here and there describing what the functions do, as it should be.
I don't like how the parsing is done though.

This is in main.c, slightly more understandable this way, to understand the passes done on each function.

You can see that filluse() is called before every pass basically. This is about the SSA data structure. Each instruction struct has operand fields pointing to (referencing via an index) the variable definitions (variable assignment or temporaries) it uses. For example:
a = 1
b = 2
c = add a, b # c = a + b

So naturally, it contain explicit use -> def chains, which are useful for analysis and transformations. Some passed make use of def->use chains however, and here in QBE it's maintain by an external data structure that must be re-generated. It's easier to manipulate the SSA this way, otherwise every single transformation pass should take care to maintain the def->use chains. def->use chains are a pain because each definition can have multiple users, so each instruction struct requires a vector for storing them. On the other hand, each instruction only need a single use->def chain per operand. Each operand requires a single pointer/reference and that's it.

hare is fugly like Rust and doesn't have the redeeming quality (robust memory safety) that no other language has. it's a memelang, so just pick C, C++, or Rust depending on which satisfies your application.

No the fuck it's not? It's its own engine. Meanwhile Chromium's Blink is just a fork of WebKit, which is just a fork of KHTML from KDE. So all your "modern" "browsers" are still using KDE tech from two decades ago at its core. Except Firefox/Gecko.
