So why Microsoft and Apple are not there considering they started DEI and whole LGBT thing with Windows XP, 7 and old Mac OS X?? Microsoft and Apple are only ones who have official LGBT websites, support teams and even product lines.

In the 1950s the UN invaded Korea and murdered 10% of the Korean population because they were angry at North Koreas successful reunification with South Korea and had to undo it and punish the population. A war in which they extensively used every chemical weapon in their arsenal.

The UN is unironically founded in war and then got castrated by the USSR and later China joining, to ensure that they can't go on such a killing spree again.
That's why factually, the UN is still in a state of war with North Korea.
The Korea War was an UN war.

Free GNU/Linux distros are clearly leftist. So Guix System would already be on that list.
But Lunduke clearly wants to bury the topic of software freedom and talk only about woke politics.

Will we ever see DDR6 in the consumer market?

I haven't even touched DDR5. I was on DDR3 until just 5 years ago.
>>
>>108515539
Fuck DIMM/CAMM. Just plop the DRAM on the processors and be done with it. Extendability is no longer worth the cost.
>>
>>108515539
You'll be lucky if you see DDR5 in the consumer market.
>>
>>108515539
I'd rather hope we'll eventually see HBM memory in consumer devices instead.
>>
>>108515730
Modern X86 CPUs regularly go (and can sustain) above 100C, while DDR5 has serious reliability issues around 60C. You can do low-price and low-power (relatively speaking) stuff on-package, but for high performance you'll want some space between components.

It seems Adobe is modifying hosts files without permission now.
If you're using their programs or pirating, maybe give your hosts a look for new lines.

Yes, that is 1000% malware.
Just because Winfags put up with Kernel Level Anti-Cheat, which is EVEN WORSE, doesn't make editing a hosts file non-malware.

It's their replacement for religion
The simple and mundane turns into catastrophic world ending threats, and anyone who so much as takes a nuanced look at it is part of the enemy faction.
You're not wearing your mask tight enough. You have an NFT or some Crypto. You bought a Nintendo product. Now typing a prompt corrupts your soul forever.
I think the worst part is how they think they can just scream and cry until a technology just un-invents itself somehow.
No purpose or direction, so they need to make some by convincing oneself that internet posting is enough to change the world for the better.

Startup time might be kind of slow for people still running HDDs if you have more than like a couple gigabytes of assets, althought I guess you could use like a separate launcher so it doesn't look like it's just hanging. Otherwise for your typical indieslop where all your assets combined aren't even 100mb, that's exactly how I would do it.

that said, the cost of going to university in america is astronomically absurd and 100% a scam.
especially since graduating neither means that you'll actually know about the field you studied,
nor that you'll be able to get a job in that field, especially not a well paying one

So like, what are the chances of microsoft seeing what they did with dumping explorer and shifting into a chrome forked EDGE:

What are the chances they'll do the same with the ENTIRE windows OS and just forking a unix kernel that runs windows executables? Like what motivation do they have to keep windows running? Especially if they can cut costs for supporting new iterations, continually fork linux and charge people for a distro that runs windows apps?

I'm thinking EDGE is like the ultimate case study and evidence that they just exit the OS market since it's much more expensive to maintain an OS thats slowly becoming more and more obfuscated?

All of that is userland.

>>108515072
There is a very big difference. They gave up on their own browser because google purposely and maliciously makes the web an impossible to catch moving target. Windows however, its downfall is entirely their own making, and the rot that ruined windows would also equally fuck up any linux fork.

>>108515072

>>108515757
Just to clarify you don't need to pay to use windows, they limit features, some functionality and you don't have up to date security updates. But you can use core windows without paying indefinitely. So technically speaking I don't think they charge you before you use it. They only really care about corporate licenses anyway.

The best part about using a paint brush, is that prompters don't know how to. And it's important to use the paint brush so that you can remind prompters that they aren't allowed to have anything good in life. They're allowed to have garbled text and mangled limbs, on low-res distorted backgrounds. And that's, you know, pretty much it. Hey, there's some pretty good artwork posted on other boards. Not that a prompter would know. Ha! Hahah!!

How do you even make it on X nowadays? Once in a while you get shadowbanned for no reason randomly.
>>

sounds like a "you" problem.
anyway, for NSFW stuff you kind of generally don't. NSFW gets shafted on discoverability since it only shows up in vanity searches and to people who follow people that RT it, so the only feasible way of getting a following is to get someone else who has a sizable following to RT you, which means you need to be uploading to multiple places and backlinking to socials and hoping people crosspost, or join weird dumb social groups and play their tit for tat RT ponzi scheme.
for SFW stuff it's technically a lot easier since you can actually have posts enter the algo and be fed organically to an audience but you still need to post stuff that people like/care about. "safe horny" stuff where there's implication of eroticism is generally the most mobile vehicle for traction, particularly of specific popular niche characters that might get a lot of vanity searches, which ups the likelihood of someone else interacting with it.
beyond that it's important to retain a homogenous style since otherwise people will just dial you in as someone that just reposts other peoples art without credit or as a slopper, neither of which are very attractive to new potential followers.

but, basically, post to other websites backlinking to twitter, post things people actually want to see or are interested in, play a bit into niche communities and probably try and retain a base level of quality or something.

I'm building a small electronics repair lab and looking for a decent DMM and oscilloscope, preferably with some from of graphing display (either on-device or via USB).
Benchtop would be a plus for aesthetic but I don't want to spend a lot (sub 100€ if possible).

Also are there any decent probe sets on Aliexpress? I'd need some alligator ones and maybe a set that I could solder for voltage injection on test points.
