I like how a stick of RAM costs 2000 bucks now.

Thank you, anons. Thank you for this shit.
I guess I will never build another computer. But that's they you guys planned it. First you make people dependent on tech, then you remove the tech.

also fuck you with the new, more tedious captcha.
Everything goes in the wrong direction. Scan your face and pay 2k to post on 4chan am I right?

OpenAI solved IMO using a plain LLM, unlike DeepMind, who used a custom system based on Lean 4.

Some myths that people are coping with (with answers):

* AIs saw these problems in their training data -- No, OpenAI got the problems within minutes of IMO ending
* AIs used a lot more time -- No, OpenAI's model had the same amount of time.
* They used a boutique system designed for solving IMO problems -- Only DeepMind. OpenAI used a general LLM.

AI is already smarter than you.

In b4: spelling gotchas and image-based tasks, or people who never used top of the line LLMs like gemini-3-pro and gpt-5-high.

there's no reason to expose yourself to the toxic fumes if you can't think of a need to have one.
you can just send your design to a print farm if you just have very casual needs and don't want to buy a full printer.
>>
I've been tempted to buy one for brass/bronze casting. Basically you print your plastic piece, set it in plaster, heat it in the oven to melt the plastic out and pour hot metal in.
Done a bit of this with wax, but it's very time consuming.

Well, I got a Creality K1C from a black friday sale, started printing some shit from printables and noticed even PLA is quite strong. Then I started designing shit in tinkercad, making a EDC tray and other random things. The freedom is that you just have to think about shit you would like and would like to buy, then realise that you can make it yourself

For me it's not about the shape, but general usability. It sucked for gamepad oriented games and mouse oriented games. I hope new one will be better and if it's popular it's gonna be supported nativly by the developers. We'll see. For now xbox-like controllers are fine for me.

Uhm, so hard to choose.

Still thinking what to do with the left side.
If I should either put another portrait panel on an arm like the one on the right (got a second one, same model) or a CRT on a stand for /vr/ (got several to choose from too).

Panel is more useful for general usage, but it would be nice to use my main desktop for /vr/ too.
Both would be too convoluted already, I'd need to switch too between them and I'd end up hating it instead.

That's still a fairly new-ish laptop imo. I would just get a new battery. If you haven't replaced your thermal paste with a thermal pad like Honeywell PTM7950/Thermal Grizzly phasesheet (supposedly the same thing), then consider doing so.
