A few of you may have discovered today that thumbnails suddenly stopped loading in Firefox. I did.
Checking the browser console, I found errors for each thumbnail in the catalog which said "A resource is blocked by OpaqueResponseBlocking, please check browser console for details."
After disabling browser.opaqueResponseBlocking in about:config, those error messages turned into 403's and the images would still not load.
I did a desuarchive search for Firefox and found a post in /trash/ saying "I figured it out. 4chan is now asking for referrers when requesting images from 4cdn... TL:DR; 4chan wants to know where you were before loading an image." along with a screenshot of all about:config settings with the word "referer" in them.
With the help of that screenshot, I pinpointed the issue to network.http.referer.XOriginPolicy in about:config, which I had set to 2 for whatever reason, I don't know. Setting it to 0 fixed the problem.
Most of you on Firefox probably won't experience this since 0 is the default setting.
So, for those of you also experiencing this issue, there's the fix, and now the fix is on desuarchive for others to find.
Feel free to discuss the technological/privacy ramifications of this change by 4chan, or if the /trash/ poster's analysis is correct.

I saw it happen shortly in the TCC thread and just refreshed and it was fine. I figured thumbs went down since this is 4chins and stability was never promised.
>>

Then it's not an issue with Firefox.
>>
>>107672488
I believe it is, as I believe there isn't a way to alter referrer policy in Chromium-based browsers without an add-on.

Reminder to enable additional filters in your uBO settings such as:
>Built-in 6/6, Ads 3/3, Privacy 3/3, Malware Protection/Security 2/2, Multipurpose 2/2, Cookie Notices 4/4, Social Widgets 3/3 & Annoyances 9/9
No, these will not increase page loading, it will make them load faster, factually and actually.

You posted this to describe yourself I guess? Unless you got a PC from 2005 everything that you and Gorhill wrote is just wrong.
Filters literally cannot overlap themselves, uBO just stops using duplicates, looks like you nor the addon's creator know how it works lmao
>>
>>107672090
From the way i understand it, having more filters makes you easier to fingerprint. But that's the only REAL concern. The other "Hecking more performance and bandwidth" are secondary concerns.
>>
>>107672090
I'm sure you know better than the creator of uBO. Have you ever asked yourself why if you're so smart and superior to everyone, you are such a fucking failure in every aspect of life? Food for thought.

Switching to Linux for gaming seems to be the popular thing these days and Steam is the choice for it. Whereas on Windows using GOG I can actually own my game and keep a copy of it, I'm not leasing it if the platform decides to just take shit back. Windows has better software support and freedom.

Boohoo lil nigga. Get a bigger desk and less monitors. I have more shit on mine. You might wanna look at the new topping interfaces like that nigger anon said. Might be good. I wouldn't trust chink software though. A cheaper dac/amp combo barely takes any space either way. Move your controller dock elsehwere, fortnite playingass nigga.
>>
>>107669708
It's okay. Mic in is fine, line out is fine, headphone out has high output impedance, meaning there can be large frequency response changes if headphone impedance is low and variable like with multi driver IEMs and there's generally less power into low impedance loads which isn't great for some planars.
>>
>>107672499

The fit is incredible. Like I mentioned the ear cups are super deep so I love that feel. Somehow they're the same weight as 558s which weigh 260 grams like most of the all plastic Sennheisers. I'm 6'3" and definitely don't have a small head but I use them on the 5th notch out of 12 notches on the headband and there's plenty of lateral bending you could do. I've never tried the 600s so I don't know about the clamping but I have some Beyer DT 1770 gen 1 and they clamp a lot less than those. They're the classic Sennheiser feel where they disappear on your head and that's why they're the best brand in my eyes.

Fellow dwm adopter here. Still getting used to it. No need for anything else.
my “apt” unexpectedly killed most of gnome with a bad package. Went back to twm for a while, eventually found dwm.
> tiling
No it does tiling, but also monocle and regukar floating windows, and you can pop out any window to floating individually.

Only bug I’ve found is it sometimes crashes with firefox on videos with carefully crafted unicode which dwm tries to put in the title bar.

Are these things even worth it anymore? I have the original 8GB pic related. Now the 16GB is almost $170 and the HAT is pretty useless though its done a 2x street price since launch. I could get a lattepanda or something. I like the idea of a Pi5 16GB: enough memory and processor to run better/larger LLMs off 2.5W at ~1 token/sec. Even a solar battery. It's cool to have a philosopher in a box like that. The tinker side GPIO and stuff doesn't interest me for personal projects. Anyway should I just get a Jetson Nano or N150 or something.
