Why does Plan 9 get so much praise from so called hackers when its entire design was in service of locking the user into a state-run distributed police operating system with dummy terminals?

I'm trying to get fooocus working in lunx and I've made a lot of progress. I feel like I'm THIS close to getting it started. All the other errors I eventually figured out. But I am stumped on this one. I keep getting ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'groundingdino' but I can't figure out how to fix it. Any advice?
>>107678809dino is a segmentation model. idk why the base install would want that. but its missing the model file apparently. do you see any resource fetch failures?

>>107675646Sure? I don't think anyone is using ProtonVPN for "Anonymity"? I mean, unless you're committing identity fraud, the VPN is tied to your name, so it isn't like you can use their services to break the law to begin with.

/g/, is there any point in learning the Win32 API in 2025?
