I have a Sapphire Radeon RX 6700 thats supposed to have 10GB of memory, but it looks like I'm not using much of it. When I open my Android Emulator my normal RAM goes up by like 4GB while the GPU only goes up by maybe 1GB. I'd like to use more of it or just shift all of it

Nope, I have maybe 7 Pi 0Ws in a drawer and maybe 2 of the Pi 3s. At one point I really did use almost all of them: I treated them as low power single purpose machines: NAS, DNS, Jellyfin, reverse proxy, and multiple websites.
