Dont worry i plan on learning arch stuff and linux in general too.
I have a good feeling with cashy after setting all my software up and using some start menu shell skripts from gpt and documentation. Kde feels so good after the default windows11 slop but yea mb i will install mint for stability. What do u guys think of opensuse slowroll or tumbleweed for corporate grade stability but still not completely outdated packages?

I've been using pop os on a server for about 6 months now, and I'm having problems getting my nftables postrouting to work. I love pop for desktop, but I'm thinking I need to find a new distro. I need a gui because I suck. Maybe debian? Would love other suggestions.

I always disliked that GrapheneOS uses bootloader re-locking as an excuse to not support more phones.
It just feels like trying to convince someone to use Secure Boot because of "security". When infact its the first thing I disable when installing Linux, and keep disabled. I surelly dont need it on my PC, and certainly wont on my phone. So this sounds pointless.

This is a security theater, just like secure boot on PCs, you as linux users should understand, its the first thing you disable on any PC you want to install Linux on, you keep it disabled because it exists to stop you from using arguably much more secure alternative OSes.

Locked bootloaders on Android are the exact same thing, they exist to stop the user from having control of their own hardware, not to actually secure your device.

You guys are trying to make disabo go super nova?

AI should re-write GNU compiler and glibc in rust and release it under a closed source license with Elon Musk and grok
Canonical and RedHat should implement this and spend heaps of money keeping it closed source and proprietary.
the rest will follow suit.

The end user should never have a compiler because this is antithetical to the user experience.

users should be required to register with a "Linux account" and a renewable "linux license" to make sure the system is up to date and genuine, A genuine system would not be able to download files.

Apps should be installed with one click, or through a paid app store, and not with using retarded configurations and "muh compiler" like a sub 50 iq neckbeard

Software included would be provided by Microsoft and Google.

the system should be immutable because the user should not need to modify the system, and should not be able too.

The user would be allowed a total of 3 folders, Desktop, Downloads, and Cloud.

As someone who uses that model the most. You simply don't hit the wheel. It is not that hard. This to me is the best trackball mouse for the price.

Do not by Ploopy, If you want a trackball that is sensitive to any spec of dust to the point it will easily disable the sensor that also has nightmare tier bearing cleaning do not waste your time or money.
I had to decommission that piece of shit after a month of that bullshit and having to clean the bearings, it's shill reddit garbage that only has the redeeming quality of using QMK, which can basically be done with any mouse with most software.

There's no saving grace towards indians

Black people, transfolk, libs, are at least have the tendency to be whiny and victim mentality, not exactly that annoying and you can just dismiss them and move on. They take all the fat bitches with them and thats good really leaving us with the cute ones.

Jeets whoever have this preinstalled superiority complex while their attitude are haughty to the maximum, literally the opposite of any sane person would qualify as having a decent manners.

Jeets would just straight up rape you and this will obviously ruin you and your loved ones memory for the rest of their lives.

Black people and somalis at least would just kill you so maybe you can immediately go to Heaven.

Trans and libs kills themselves and poisons their family with drugs and vaccines.

So, how do you want your people to be remembered? Whiny faggots who cant get a job at some konbini because you need a college degree?

>I'll have my degree and then I can get a computer job

> The e-ID will remain optional. This is a strong promise from its supporters, who insisted on this point during the campaign, even though the word “optional” does not appear in the law. However, examples of the introduction of e-ID in other countries show that it is difficult to do without it – without having to go through tedious procedures.
>The e-ID could well become the minimum standard, posing a problem for all those who refuse to use it or have major difficulties performing simple digital tasks. In Switzerland these people represent almost a third of the population.
>The corollary is that dependence on our smartphones, which are already an essential part of our private and professional lives, will only increase. This development is certainly inevitable, but it will have to be accompanied by training measures to avoid widening the digital divide even further.

>In 2021 Swiss voters rejected the e-ID by a resounding 64%. At the time, the fact that responsibility would be entrusted to private service providers and concerns about the protection of personal data led to the rejection of the project.
>The government has now come back with a proposal that is entirely managed by the state and incorporates the principle of data minimisation: users will share only the information that is strictly necessary. In concrete terms, people will be able to prove that they are of age to buy wine, without disclosing their date of birth.
>But the authorities have also opted for a cautious approach: the e-ID will be free and will serve only to prove identity, like a physical identity card. This contrasts with the systems in place in most other countries, where electronic identity often offers additional functionalities.

No country will escape. It's over. Are (You) next?
