Gentoo needs to take Portage and bolt it onto Qubes OS, so that Qubes can be entirely Gentoo based AND Portage handles TemplateVM provisioning. Your "build/package qube" builds ebuilds for templates and then makes the package files available to the TemplateVMs to update from.

Portage and its automation into handling TemplateVMs is the only killer feature I feel I am missing from Qubes OS.

>>106970237
>Because its my fortress and if they succeed i just hit enter on my last snapshot.
The kernel is a much wider attack surface than a stripped down Xen. Pretty good, but Qubes OS is better.

On /g/, I see so many people encountering issues with Mint, but in the years I've been using Mint, I've never had any issues. It's very stable, light, and snappy. I just want my system to work. If I want to learn Linux, I can just spin up a VM.

what's the point of gaming if the games aren't even optimized and dependent on you having excess ram

what's the point of computing if its all just wasteful?

Remember when Kikeberg hired an incompetent game developer to create Second Life 2 and spent the GDP of Africa on that shitty game, and when they launched it, it flopped so hard that they had to fire about 40% of the company to avoid going bankrupt, and every Fortune 500 company kicked a bunch of people just in case, marking the end of the golden age for programmers?
This was FUCKING NOTHING compared to what is to come.

The technologies we use like Ruby and Docker are sparse enough in documentation that GPT 4.1 hallucinates a bunch despite my coworkers being way too confident in it. And I know I'm going to end up having to clean up that repository soon. In this job market I wouldn't even be mad about being the ChatGPT janitor but don't sell me on it, save the cognitive dissonance.

Same here actually. I don't know why I would have expected anyone to say anything. The guy who sits next to me says gm sometimes. We're not on the same team though, so that's it. There's one guy I see occasionally who's from the team I used to be on, but he completely ignores me. Won't even acknowledge me.
I wish my head would stop hurting though... The cut isn't that bad, hopefully it stops bleeding and by tomorrow I can go without a bandage. I might have cracked my skull though...

that's not how it works. trackers recruit through PU invite forum threads. You don't just login with another site's credentials. Another way to get invited is to do the interview.
