Which language is better for AI coding agents?
2 replies omitted. Click here to view.
>>
Never tried Haskell, but Rust works oh so beautifully. The compiler catches errors that other languages would let slip by and the error messages actually help the agents fix the problems. It's truly over for C/C++ in this new era.

ASM is slop, real AI can build context dependent circuits and implement programmability as an afterthought in most efficient possible way, time has come for x86 to fuck off.

>Which language is better for AI coding agents?
The one in the left is a proper language for non-retarded people
The one in the right is a retarded language and only retarded users would delegate coding important stuff to AI agents.

it's called do it for free on Peace or PEQdb and save yourself $100 dollars. The DX5II PEQ didn't even work anyway based on ASR testing, several functions never applied properly and it'd just wipe presets every firmware update.

Why do you need 24GB of VRAM? What will you do with it that 16GB can't? Most people don't need more than 12 and you NEET highschool dropout hobbyists can get by just fine with 8GB for your projects and old games.
132 replies and 12 images omitted. Click here to view.
>>
>>107859275

Yes, some redditors have gotten it to work on 16GB too. There is a --reserve-vram flag you need to set in comfyUI to stop getting OOM errors. From what i can tell it eats up a lot of regular RAM though, so you can consider 64GB the minimum. Another win for paranoid preppers with PTSD from Covid who stocked up and didn't listen to "what do you need it for" threads.

>I'm on Linux with AMD so I can't do it

Linux is exactly the OS where you can do it with AMD. But the trick is to have a card with proper support in ROCM, meaning workstation cards or ones with workstation equivalents like the 7900XTX. 6800XT for example isn't listed officially but it still works because the W6800 is supported, which also falls under "gfx1030". There's a compatibility list here:

>but generally not in the idea or genre of the story. Copyright, therefore, may not subsist in the idea of a man venturing out on a quest, but may subsist in a particular story that follows that pattern.
The distinction between idea and expression seems entirely nebulous and arbitrary to me. Essentially: meaningless.
By the example above I would definitely not agree with the statement that a fully fledged demonstrably functioning (demonstrated by existing implementation and use of compiler or interpreter) programming language is "an abstract idea" you can't copyright. A defined programming language definitely seems like the expression of an idea of a programming language, and thus copyrightable.

Is it just me or the quote! metaprogramming syntax in rust is kind of nice? If it was part of the language and well implemented it would be much better than zig comptime and all that other crap. Why aren't language designers just copying that?

I feel it has good and bad points. There's no piss filter, and running the same prompt twice doesn't result in gens looking so samey, but the quality seems slighty worse, and it seems stricter (although, I guess that's more to do with filters, rather than the actual model).

I still feel it is the best when it comes to realistic looking gens, though.
