If you take a look at how it works it's entirely tied to GMS and Play Protect.You'll probably just have to disable Play Protect. In a worse case scenario you'll have to disable GMS and Play Protect in your app settings. And in the worst case scenario your phone won't be able to disable those directly in settings and you'll have to do it through adb.Either way it's going to be entirely possible to install/"sideload" apps without needing root access or anything similar.
