So are we going to boycott ram company brands that refused to boost production when they had the factories/machine to do so? Can we get some names of the tech companies that refused to shore up ram production for consumers? Starting with OpenAI for starting the price hike? I've already switched to Deepseek.

Where do you guys order your vape hardware online? I make my own freebase liquid, but live in a state that banned sales of nicotine vape stuff and don't currently have a working mod or pen or anything, so need to figure out where to get a new one. I prefer not to submit an ID online, ideally.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

i dont know what 265 is talking about. im talking about local ai forcing a connection to the internet to generate anything, even with offline models, datasets ect. which sux and therefore wanted an alternative which /g/ is out of its depth because they just care for the quick goon optical fix, sadly.

Too late and too shit, I was interested in buying one earlier this year but Intel's ray tracing is as bad as AMD's and pricing is just not competitive, I wanted to side grade from my RTX 3070 to an Intel Arc, but they didn't even have a comparable GPU available in a timely manner.
Either Intel steps shit up for Arc C and it leaps 2 gen or they can this project, their choice.
>>
>>107576458
I was faced with the same dilemma after my 750ti I used with my 4790k started to misbehave. I ended up just using the integrated Intel GPU in the CPU, haven't noticed any difference.
>>
>>107576458
Those would both be much faster, but I'm not sure they're particularly good choices because they're both out of driver support and they cannot run DLSS, which is unfortunately important for newer games. If you can find something at least RTX 2000 series you'd be better off.

I just figured out how to use org-babel's :post header to post-process a table and add a proper heading.
(info "(org) Results of Evaluation")

https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/org/Results-of-Evaluation.html

Example:
>Helper Function
#+name: add-hline
#+begin_src elisp :var table=""
;; Add an hline after the first row.
(append (list (car table) 'hline) (cdr table))
#+end_src

>Without Post-processing
#+begin_src shell :results output table
df | sed 's/Mounted on/Mounted/'

i hate the design philosophy of unix and i resent that it's inevitably going to take over the world because, like a virus, it is incredibly good at mutating and spreading and useless at everything else.
(neither MS or Apple are any help here: Mac OS is unix papered over by competent people and MS will eventually get lazy and let Windows Subsystem for Linux eat Windows in the same fashion.)

thank u anon, it's cozier without the liminal flash.
as for the onkyo reciever, inputs are PC audio sometimes, record player, a two deck onkyo cassette player with recording, and audio from a control panel in another room that is connected to a bunch of different things like vhs player, video game consoles, blu ray player, and then it's outputting to two sets of speakers (the ones in the picture and another pair in a different room)
the usb audio interface next to it pairs nicely too because for example, i can rip good quality FLAC recordings of records or tapes
overall the two cover a lot of ground for my audio needs. i have some better speakers too but they are too big for my apartment and i tend to use headphones for everything to not disturb my neighbors.
