Is digital piracy (i.e. the unauthorized copying of digital files and the removal of digital copyright protection systems) morally wrong?

There is so much ancient and not even that ancient content that is ONLY available by means of internet piracy. I collect 90s and early 2000s porn and there is no way to find this content other than pirating it. Another case where piracy is the only option is country blocks, especially relating to streaming music or movies or shows.
In a lot of places, there aren't legit options to view the content legally. Anime and manga are a great example of this. Legit English publishers only buy the rights to a fraction of what gets released in Japanese, and for the rest of it the only avenue for reading it in English is piracy.

here's a perfect case for this what your talking about, there is this website that archived VST's it's hosted from 2005 - present

there are some VST's in there with keygens for codes to unlock full versions, at the moment in time the developers might have not made money from their software, but their name definitely was made known by people spreading it.

All of the big websites that just linked to the developers website when downloading are 404'd

That's a problem for multiple reasons, main one is that no one can access it anymore. Locked away , lost to time. Only people able to access it are ones with files on their hard drive.

This website is a very special case, at the moment it might have felt unethical to host the files. like a dagger to the back, felling wrong, but ten years later when absolutely no one is hosting the files, feels like you have a time capsule in your hands.

Now scale up the idea of just VSTs to other software, movies ect... when you come across that website that is hosting it show love bro
>>
>>107612326
But there is a small percentage, like super small chance. you get a virus from cracks, not really something you have to worry about usually. But that's were you have to determine on your on, if this website hosting this is trustable ,and other variables like such

There are lots of options for portable 5G routers that are powered via USB-C. Depends on how expensive data plans are in your cunt though. I get unlimited data for $13 a month, so have been using a 5G router as my home internet for 4 years now.

If the internet just stopped working for everyone everywhere at the same time it would be catastrophic. There's no way to prep for that other than going to the gun range/working out often and bank on becoming some sort of warlord.

Kek I don't even think the prepper bros would be prepared for a situation where the Internet's literally gone, especially if a bunch of people try talking on amateur radio, the amount of people talking at the same time might get ridiculous. due to proliferation of chink radios that talk on 2 meters.

Ah, so you DO have CSAM on your device.
>>
>>107616545
And you're pretending that you don't?
>>
>>107615446
the OS doesn't really matter. majority of people caught with CSAM have it on their phone lmfao, they get caught because they're sending it to people on kik or instagram (yes, really).

it seems everyone caught with it has zero opsec knowledge, not even basic encryption, it's just out in the open in their fucking photos folder. that means probably most people who AREN'T caught are encrypting their drives, using proxies etc. so it must be very easy to get away with it if your IQ is over 110 or so.
on the other hand, a guy only recently got out of jail after being held for like 3 years because he refused to decrypt some hard drives the feds THOUGHT had CSAM on them. they had no way of knowing or proving it yet jailed him anyways to try and force him to incriminate himself.
in other court cases people have been compelled to decrypt their drives. it's all legal fuckery and calculated interpretations of the law.

Mossad and the CIA is basically the global child trafficking cartel who owns the world's largest stash of child porn. Why would you create and weaponize the world's largest stash of child porn against every website and service that promotes free thought and critical thinking, while also using it to blackmail and control politicians so that you can use them as puppets to manufacture consent through the voting process (in order to absolve the cabal from karmic punishment), and then use the elected puppet to cause chaos and infighting between the people?

You weaponized our children so that anyone who speaks out against the cabal's plans for global technological enslavement will be censored and labeled as pedophiles, and demonized by mainstream media and the liberals (including feminists). It's all fun and games until the nation starts to point their guns right at you.

So the whole "pick the one that doesn't match" thing is a red herring and the actual solution is to lurk until you come across this esoteric key/value solution that isn't hinted at whatsoever?

This has gotta be the most masterful filtering system ever invented. I'm impressed.

It's overkill for many applications. A lot of desktop software in particular is written in C/C++ for historical reasons and not because it actually needs C/C++/Rust levels of performance. You could take a 2x time and memory hit for a GC'd language and nobody would even notice. It would still be running circles around all the electron shit people are writing these days.
>>
syscalls are in C, once you need to go raw syscall, you have to talk C anyway, so whats the point in rust for lower level stuff.

I think its fine for more complex stuff, but if youre just gluing syscalls together, rust ain't it.

Samsung's flagships have a pro mode that lets you adjust exposure time (t. S23U owner), but yeah I've personally never been that impressed with the RAWs out of my S23U. I do have a vivo X90 Pro+ with a 1 inch main camera and the RAWs out of that look quite good. Fairly sharp, wide dynamic range, noise pattern that isn't too egregious, more accurate colors SOOC compared to Samsung. They look less like they came out of a phone camera and more like a decent p&s camera.
