You are free to do anything you want, learn any skill and draw anything you want. WHO and HOW is gatekeeping what, retarded mutt?
>I do thing the easy way
You aren't doing anything. Pressing a button to get random result is an act of consuming slop, that gives your useless ego a boost and an illusion that you "did" something. You have no control over anything, just pressing a button and getting slop thrown at you.
>>
>>106521454
I'm a different anon (which doesn't use AI) but have you tried local genning with professional setups? Comfy-UI looks extremely cumbersome. Outputs are really customizable beyond "write a prompt and press a button".
Genning is another skillset akin to drawing, maybe equally challenging. I myself prefer drawing because it's comparatively the easier route. Not sure why you all feel the need to cope so hard about this. Is it because your income depends on your outputs?

the world you see around you is a 3D sphere. close one eye and look around, its not flat, its curved. so on a large monitor screen the edges of the image are not angled for your optimum viewing.

about $160 for a good branded flashdrive

Because inside there is just a very old and very slow 16GB micro SD and a circuit with a controller that reports a fake capacity. Long story short, $50 is way too expensive for a 16GB micro SD.

>trying to reduce what it does to word prediction
Notice how I correctly predicted your inability to explain how that factual statement is a "reduction".

>What do you think I don't understand about LLMs?
The absolute bare basics of what they do, exemplified by your calling the high-level functional definition of the model's core "reductive".
>>
>>106521265
>reductive to what it actually produces
I'm saying that the output is more than what is implied by "just text prediction", not that token prediction is not how it functions. Obviously that's how it functions, as long as we aren't talking about diffusion research models.
It's a difference between how it works and what it does that I'm driving at.
>>
>>106521299
>the output is more than what is implied by "just text prediction"
Then why did you use words you don't understand, instead of just spouting your self-refuting idiocy in its true form? Anyway... please explain: how can something produced precisely by next token prediction be "more than what is implied" by next token prediction? Are you mentally ill by any chance?
>>
>>106521334
>Are you mentally ill by any chance?
No, I'm mentally well.
Are you actually interested in talking about this or do you just want to get mad on the internet?
>>
>>106521444
>Are you actually interested in talking about this
About what? How you subjectively don't feel like token prediction should be able to do what it does? No, I'm not interested in talking about your subjective impressions. I'm interested in talking about how the way LLMs actually work (predicting the next token) neatly explains the unintelligent outputs they often produce.

That's possible. I think they basically stockpile exploits like that, so they can use them against high profile targets, right? Because let's say they've discovered an exploit - if they use it against loads of people en masse, then the exploit might get noticed and patched.
