>>107573266I'm looking at you Lightroom. So fun to alt tab out of Lightroom and back again in the middle of the night while editing photos in a dark room only to get jabbed in the eye with a cock that has the brightness of 10000 suns
>>107573271Brave also has the same issue. Especially annoying with brave's new tab since the flash still happens even if you literally just configure it to be a solid color, which means it should take no time at all to load. It's like nobody gives a shit about quality or uses their own product anymore.
>>107573285Tired of this gaslight. 0xFFFFFF is a post-2010 phenomenon and did not exist for old computers or paper media.
>>107573285The problem isn't the brightness, it's the color temperature.Dark mode is just a lame alternative to night light.

>>107571056>>107571084>>107571149I want to but the stupid ONT and router are in the basement. I only have verizon's gay extender upstairs. I even bought this thing and a used optiplexhttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CP7S3117I rent this house and I'm probably moving in a few months so I'd rather not go through the effort of putting an ethernet cable through the wall.
I'm trying to get into PoE, first for a few devices I have that support it, and then for cameras.I wanted at least 2.5gb because my Omada wifi point would be getting PoE from it too.I'm also thinking to make it managed so I can set any cameras onto their own VLAN for security purposes.Anybody have recommendations that keep to those? I've already found a few decent looking ones on Amazon, but maybe there's a blind spot.

Am I better off RAID-ing every individual drive seperately and then letting the OS handle it, or getting a card that supports JBOD and losing the cache?

How did they work? I wasn't dumb enough to buy one of these and try them out.Was the SSD and HDD part exposed to the host as a single drive? Because I know for sure that you'd need SAS to have multiple devices over a single cable and good luck finding a consumer motherboard with a SAS controller.
I stopped buying Seagate after two of these died on me. Meanwhile I still have working 500GB WDs from 15 years ago.

I'd recommend the Luxman MQ70 nice straight forward amp that uses Push pull EL34 to get 45wpc which is enough for most speakers there is also the MQ50 which is a bit more power at 50wpc but uses 6550/KT88 which may not be as tube sounding as the EL34 amp previously mentioned. If you want to get a little more fancy and use monoblocks there are the Luxman MB3045 and MB88 do note there are a few different versions of the MB88 that span from the 60s to early 90s.Pic rel my pair of MB3045

Guys, I have a problem.I use Arch, and recently got ahold of an MSI Z390 board (40 bucks+some bent pins) for additional RAM slots (you know why). But here's a problem: it doesn't save the EFI entry for Arch, like, at all. I do grub-install, grub-mkconfig, check efibootmgr afterwards - and it's present, just after the Win10 entry. But as soon as I shut the PC down or reboot, it's gone! Vanished! Obliterated!Any ideas on what could be the reason? Did Polyak fuck something up? Is Mustdie interfering like usual? Or maybe the separate /efi partition is a big no-no now?
