I'm not a programmer, but I have a PhD in linguistics. I am literally a cunning linguist, and literally all of you are fucking retarded because you don't conjugate your verbs right.

It's not

>dog.walk()

It's

>theDog.walks()

Also, they're not "objects", they're noun phrases, and they're not "functions", they're verb phrases.

I hate non-English code so much that I'm working on a transpiler that turns python into my own conlang. That's right, faggots, I don't think python is readable enough

I tried it, the gain in performance was nice but had very poor battery life.
Also the thermal throttling was a problem for sustained workload.
So in the end I still had the same performance of i5 with worse battery life and worse thermals, and I revert back.

The detachable keyboard doesn't really work well with most use cases.
Getting a foldable laptop is the better middle ground.

the only reason people liked the trackpoint was because the trackpads on thinkpads sucked. x9 haptic trackpads are as good if not even better than the macbook ones, so it would just be redundant.

you can use 35W quadcore i7-3632QM. 45W was working fine for me, but I had 35W doing nothing in the drawer which is a better fit for 2570p.
8470p works great with 45W CPUs..just need to keep the fan clean.

I am not doing well at my teaching degree. academically fine, but too autistic to deal with the teachers on placement. The last one they literally made up lies to justify failing me because they think i'm too weird to be trusted with children.

Lies about me not knowing how to use a printer (i didn't have access to printing), throwing things at students (i dropped a mini whiteboard) etc. Do normal people live in an alternate reality or do they just exaggerate and lie constantly?

should I drop out and do IT certifications?

I bought a pair of hercules djmonitor 32 for $2 but I'm having an issue of them starting to rhythmically "thump" when they've been on for a while, ONLY when the two speakers are wired to each other. is this a fixable issue? like can I just glue a strip of metal to an overheating chip as a makeshift heatsink? I'm gonna try replacing the speaker wires first because the metal is literally green inside but I don't expect it to work.

I currently own pic related. they're lightweight but they suck otherwise.

I need headphones & speakers for my desk to
>play guitar & piano VSTs in a DAW
>to listen to other stuff like classical music(other things too)

AFAIK i need to pick something neutral

should I get the smaller speakers like the iLoud Micro, or should I go straight for something like Kali LP6 v2? Do big speakers still sound good at "low" bedroom volumes?

also I can't decide between closed-back and open-back headphones. I don't want to hear people making noise in other rooms while I'm trying to play piano or watch a video, but IDK if closed-back actually isolate. AKA i don't know if i should get like MDR-7506/SRH440A or DT880/HD600.

Chinese audiophile witchdoctors needed to invent new things the West hasn't monopolized yet. R2R was actually a pro audio staple into the late 90s, but if you're going to go that route, you may as well be building reproduction Apple DACs. Because they didn't go fully integrated until around 95. High performance R2R is 100% ching-chong hokum.

I think we can live with this physical connector profile. If they want to add a positive retention tab that's easy to do while keeping backwards compatibility. It is the internal capabilities which should eventually be standardized, preferably at the highest common denominator.

>are they gonna stop now

NO! THEY WILL STOP AT NOTHING!

They will not rest until every connector is replaced with usb-c.
They've already started replacing HDMI/DP, but they won't stop at that.

We're seeing them replacing laptop chargers now too. They will soon be replaced. All electrical cables will be replaced with usb-c. Even 220V/380V they won't care about the risks.

The last bastion will be audio cables. Those hero audiophiles will clinch onto their gold plated RCA and jack connectors and refuse to let go. They will hide their XLR and MIDI connectors from the claws of usb.org.. and those will be the last of the free connectors existing.

Demographics

>>107533262
oh that is simple

the problem we are facing is one of aging demographic.

as people get older, they accrue asses in the forms of houses and stocks. as these people get into retirement age, they do whatever they can in order to inflate the value of their assets.

this causes corporations to gut their workforce and hire global southerners to maximize shareholder profit

this also causes houses to baloon in price to a point to where it is only a dream for younger generations to afford.

this creates an environment where the quality of products drops dramatically at the same time the prices on almost everything skyrocket.

Pajeets ruining every for-profit corporation and activists ruining FOSS.
The internet is consolidated into the hands of a few entities, even 10 years ago people were ringing alarm bells that the internet for most people is just google, youtube, facebook, amazon and reddit.
Everyone is trying to collect as much data on you as possible through any means possible including your TV listening to you and sending data to the manufacturer.
Consoles are better now, finally they load games quickly and don't sound like an A320 taking off when you're using them, but that's the hardware, the games themselves are pajeet slop written by activists.
