My dad has a video of my mom giving him a rimjob, and another one of him eating his cum out of her pussy.
They're both in their 60s.

How do they have so many packages? Do they compromise on security?
>>
>>107670009
They're auto generated and nix has tooling to pull directly from git. Look at the build scripts they're all the same.
>>
Most of the packages don't actually work since they auto generate most of them and don't do any code review or testing. They focus on quantity over quality in order to attract new users with the sheer number of packages.
>>
>>107670009
>Do they compromise on security?
Yes, they don't give a fuck about security. Last time when I checked their VIAL's derivation, they made an installation step that creates a udev rule that opens HIDRAW that lets anyone, at any given time, to write anything to your keyboard's firmware (like a malware or a keylogger). Which is the most naive and lazy way about doing this.

I didn't know Parabola was still around, that used to be shilled hard here like 10 years ago or whatever. I don't use /g/'s flavor of the month distros. Fedora Plasma is my comfy place.

I couldnt get the installer to work, it just drops me to a shell and expects me to do it all by hand.

Other than better cameras, what is even the reason to upgrade anymore? I held S25, folds and newest iPhones in my hands in-store and they felt cheaper than this 7 year old masterpiece of a phone.

the swipe down on the fingerprint sensor to show the notification bar on my S8 was my favourite feature.

No point in using S8 where S9 does everything better, S9 was peak (maybe S10?) and then it went to shit

I still miss the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. It was ergonomically perfect, fast, and useful for also accessing the pull-down notifications menu

At this point, I wont even use any desktop environment on linux if it isn't X11. Even XFCE is dead to me because it has wayland support. I will never support anything wayland based on linux.

I'll ask again:
Yes or no, is there a perceptible difference between HDR and SDR?

These elite books are the only ones worth buying

2170p netbook (ivy bridge ULV 11", up to i7-3687u)
2560p - sandy bridge 12,5" (absolutely cheapest option), igpu only
2570p - ivy bridge 12,5" igpu (hd4000) only
8470p - ivy bridge 14,1" dgpu option (Radeon HD 7570M)
8570p - ivy bridge 15,6" dgpu option (Radeon HD 7570M)
8770w - ivy bridge 17" dgpu option (up to Quadro K5000M). Also has MXM slot, so you can even place GTX 980m in it.

All (except 2170p) support eGPUs via expresscard, all support non-whitelisted WiFi cards such as intel 7260ac.
Cost is usually 40% lower than thinkpad equivalent. The ones with Radeon graphics are FULL HD+ resolutions easy to mod to IPS it’s a plug and play.

That's understandable. I wish Intel werent so incompetent with their CPUs.
Usually these updates can fix nasty CPU bugs, but you cannot trust whether or not they will introduce new backdoors or other malicious features that vannot be removed from the microcode. That is a tradeoff you'll have to consider.

I'm honestly glad all these artists who want to pollute their images with watermarks and other shit are getting BTFO. Not for AI reasons, but they somehow think that sharing things on the Internet means only they get to share and only for headpats for other people. You want to save the nice image they made? Fuck you, here's a giant watermark to ruin it. There are bad actors, but who the fuck cares?

Ok? There are people of different backgrounds that are pro or anti AI, I ain't arguing against that. My point is the manner of speaking in the original twitter pic is made by people who pose as that kind of people. It's the kind of posts that someone from here would make.
The problem is they're not subtle enough.

Don't buy anything OTHER THAN IBM/Lenovo ThinkPad T, X, and W/P Series if you want the Real Business Experience™

The old hardware (CPU/chipset) and constant worry it might drop from the bleeding edge distros and the no support for the bugs that comes from it.
Also most of these can't be used for media consumption with the new constant format since there's no HW decoding.
My X220 struggle with 4K HEVC, and AV1 is just not something it can do.

Yes, i see how you're doing it.
Don't know the Strawberry player but looks nice.
I'm sure you can add genre and year also to be shown in the player's metadata list, but you already have it in the album folders name as it seems.

it is like this for any band, genre and artist if you pirate entire discographies, you just use directories, everything is 2 clicks away

Folderstructure wise, i have it very similar. The only difference is that i have not only the albums but also compilations demos, singles in the same artist folder lumpsummed without having separate subfolders for albums, singles and such.
Since i have the tags filled in, the player can sort them this way.
