I want a case with no windows and lots of space for fans. I won't be using any drives other than NVMe so I'd like to shave off some depth that would go to the hard drive cage. Is picrel the best choice or is there anything better?

This is genuinely one of the worst phone have ever used and I got it for free. Stay away from google products. Sold it on ebay for nothing I dont even want it in my possession.

>Dropped once with a rubber case, shitty back glass cracked even with it on

Why are AMD and Intel laptop CPUs all called AI now?
What makes them special?
Is it just Microsoft forcing OEMs to do it?

This is how the Internet will collapse in a few years, everything can already be generated by AI: images, stories, ads, videos, books, comments, posts, reviews etc. Anything digital can be a work of a bot running an LLM.

>put linux mint 22.2 on USB key with rufus
>boot
>open GUI software manager from the start menu
>write "steam" in the search bar, click on the install button
>error message
>try to uninstall a random software with "rightclick, uninstall" from the start menu (one of the libre office applications)
>another error message
I eventually got steam working by using a flatpak, and I uninstalled successfully the same libre office app after rebooting. But both failed my tests on the first attempt. I noticed a lot of improvements since I tried linux 10 years ago but it's sad that it still feels like beta software nonetheless. And linux mint is supposed to be the most polished non-technical oriented user-friendly distro.

Why would using a command line fix anything? A GUI is a just a front-end.
>>
re-installing 22.1 since for some reason x11 is borked on 22.2 only Wayland works. Looking for other solution, Reinstall 22.1 was it. ..
>>
>>107807019
GUI frontends give you less info and are slower. Having more info is crucial if you're running into errors which might not even be "errors" but things like a package being part of a larger meapackage meaning you need to uninstall the metapackage itself not all of the individual pieces, or dependency bullshit because of how the distro you chose installed libreoffice for you.
Better still is not going with an install that would put something like libreoffice on your PC for you in the first place. Go with Arch or Debian with no DE and install everything yourself and pay attention to dependencies. Then you'll know what's going on when you install libreoffice instead of having to google whatever the fuck Mint has did for you. Figuring out Linux is easy when you don't have to figure it out backwards from a bloated install's defaults.
>>
I never understood why linux makes software installation so unnecessarily complicated.
>download, install, run
that's how it should be, not whatever the fuck linux is doing
