>How do I activate Windows?
HWID2 generates and registers a permanent legitimate license on MS's activation servers
github.com/massgravel/Microsoft-Activation-Scripts
Usage: paste this into Powershell, run.

>and Office?
Same link, select Ohook option
You can also use Office.com if your needs are very minimal
or try OnlyOffice/LibreOffice and set it to save in MSOffice file formats

Might be just my retarded brain but try finding something you enjoy where you type a good amount?
I never did any practice and I'm quite a bit above that and my GF who has even more experience just typing for whatever reason is a massive step above me despite never practicing it

I imagine it's easier to just chat with people for an hour or two a day than it is to just practice typing for that amount of time, for example

This advice doesn't work because you will just keep slipping back to two finger if you don't get over the hump and get to ~70-80wpm. I was a two finger typist for 20 years, 100wpm. I occasionally tried ten finger but hated it, felt stuck at 40ish wpm. I tried >>106656514 more because I wanted to force myself to read Hegel than any other reason, and after three sessions I was ten finger typing around 70wpm without needing to force myself when I used my computer normally. I was shocked to find my fingers doing it by memory after such a short time. Now I'm truly a ten finger typist one year later and my PB is around 113wpm, which sucks, but for just one year I'm happy with it. Until then I'd never lost a bad habit in my life.
>>
>>106653316
that's pretty fucking expensive for a numpad
>>
>>106657223
>tfw I'm a six finger typist and I get around 120 wpm on average
I don't think I'll ever be bothered to change but it feels so weird using my entire left hand but only index on the right

I guess I could see how you'd slip back to what you're used to if you've been doing it for a long time if you don't fully focus on the typing itself
Sounds like a struggle

How to detect and remove RFID and microchips that someone planted in your items or your body?
Do you know some devices for this?
>>
>>106657130
RFID apps for phones can only detect NFC tags. You would have to purchase an RFID sled which costs thousands of dollars.

Even then, it would detect every RFID tag around you and not give you an idea of where it is unless you knew the exact ID of the tag you were looking for and the sled you purchased had directional detection. Building a sealed faraday cage and using the sled inside the cage to scan your items of it would help with that issue.

Don't buy anything OTHER THAN IBM/Lenovo ThinkPad T, X, and W/P Series if you want the Real Business Experience™

Why ThinkPad?
>Used machines are plentiful and cheap
>Excellent keyboards, tactile feel and quiet + the TrackPoint

>Utilitarian design: e.g. indicator LEDs, 7 row keyboard layout on older models
>Docking stations that easily turns your laptop into a desktop

if you don't mind paying the premium for a new laptop, and not buying used like everyone else on the board, you could buy a newest gen T series fully specked out for 2k. If you need a graphics card get the P series instead, and spec it so you get the highest trim of the non replacble/ annoying components ( higher res screen, cpu, backlight keyboad) while getting the ram and storage option that'll fit your needs for the next few years all within your budget, then you can save up for upgrade them yourself and also get some of the thinkpad upgrading experience and overtime fully max its specs.

hi ni/g/gas, today I found someone selling a cheap switch lite without one stick for 50 euro. I want to buy it and try to change the battery/sticks and then install a modchip. I watched an installation guide and it seems a bit hard, but "people" on reddit say that it is possible to install it without soldering skills. What do you think about it? Is it feasible?

Wish they had more corded tools but most of the stuff on there are battery powered makita clones with batteries you don't know if you can replace.
>>
>>106656829
Buy second-hand brandname bodies plus a new 'compatible' battery if you wanna cheap out. Buying cheapo chinktrash, with power tools, it's a false economy. They have a hard life even if only used occasionally and they are going to fail on all the aspects you need, reliability, build quality, good torque, batteries that last > 12 weeks assuming you can even find a compatible replacement, etc.

Bosch 12v stuff looks great for dicking around
Makita subcompacts are really comfy too
I use Rigid for work cause of the lifetime service agreement
If you're casual, cheap dewalts are actually good bang for the buck, milwaukee is going to be way outside what you need or need to spend.

Basically just go with whatever fits your hand good and what's on sale, even the hypertough 12v walmart stuff is incredible value these days.
