No, you don't. You don't have a server. You don't own the computer it is running on, and no part of the software belongs to you.

Set up Matrix channel or your own IRC Network instead, dumbass.

What was that website that had all those cybersecurity/tech qualifications all lined up and easy to visualise/navigate? Used to be posted here when people asked about which CompTIA or whatever bullshit they need to get. It had a mundane name like John's blog or some shit

Anyone remember?>

I like my new laser printer, that is all. As a person who mostly prints documents and bought inkjet for years, never considering laser and finally using a laser, i will never use inkjet again.

I'd like to try laser maybe
>>

all my inket printers clagged and had problems if i didnt print for awhile. im an infrequent printer and was recommended to switch to laser. beena little over a month and it's been good to me. faster and the print quality of text is so much better. not sure how the color is on laser but i was advised by everyone who suggested the laser to go monochrome so i did.

Remember to clear camera lens condensation. Put it in the microwave for 15 seconds. Don't do any more than that. It is rated to 30 seconds, so you got a margin of error.

I wonder how many people are laughing at this post in an unironic sense.
I also wonder if when movies shifted away from traditional effects towards CGI if the people working in the trad field also said
>you can tell its CGI though
and honestly thought that the statement had any substance to it.
Also, I would bet a lot of money that someone could make this same post, but put non-AI in the 'Generated' section and the same post and complaints would be made.
>>
>>106638237
That movie failed because it's story is simultaneously written from a shinto perspective but for a westoid audience. However, westoids don't know dick about kami and don't think of spirits that way so it was all just weird and confusing for westoids. The Final Fantasy games made by the same dude (e.g., FFVII, FFX) are also written from a shinto perspective but westoids misunderstood a lot of the fundamentals of the world building related to Shinto (e.g., mako in FFVII and pyreflies in FFX) and basically understand it through some fucked up headcanon -- so many westoid reviewers were like "this is nothing like Final Fantasy, it has never had anything like 'spirits'".
>>
>>106650604
I never played the games but thought the movie was kino when i watched it years ago. I could never understand why people hated it.
Why would they expect the studio to do just a 1:1 transfer of a game to the movie? Nigger, the game already exists if you want that story play the game.

quality, well researched, and well produced videos where genuine effort is put into making sure the video is both entertaining and informative. It's not just a video, it's a movement, a statement, and builds a community around it. Your youtube seeks to improve the lives of it's users, and the world at large and pays a living wage to all of the people that make it happen with full health, dental, and paid vacations and maternity leave. If we are to reinstate the Nazi party we cannot slouch and must make a quality youtube worthy of it.

It makes perfect sense once you realize these cards are all-software (the firmware is a small embedded OS) running on a repurposed old PowerPC desktop CPU design from the iMac era. That's also why they burn 10+W continuously and have no power management.

I'm not able to add new libraries to my Plex Server ever since the last update. Has anyone else had this issue? I've tried to look on their forums and even the reddit but no one there has any similar issues and I haven't been able to fix it. At best it'll work for a day or two and then will go down again. I've had to reset the server multiple times now but it doesn't fix itself.

Did you ever get something out of social media?
Instagram is very weird, I think something different about it everyday. Now it seems like it's an investment in fantasies, but I don't get to live them, so I don't get it. You can argue about subtleties, but that's bordering mental illness, which I can play with, but I don't know why the effect can't be much stronger.

No, I deleted X since it was a net negative in my life. I used to use Facebook a lot but in 2020 I deleted it.
Now I have Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok accounts with my real first and family name and I only use them for the very infrequent private message. All social networks suck.
Oh but I use Youtube extensively.

Are there any portable pocket computers for coding that aren’t absolute memes?
When I’m not at my PC, or traveling it would be cool to have something that’s the size of my phone that has an actual keyboard and would fit in my pocket.
Also maybe I could use it to get familiar with Linux.

If it was just a heads up display I could see it being kinda cool, but the cameras make it too spyware-ish. Google glass had the same problem more than 10 years ago but they keep insisting on cameras always being present.
>>
>>106649019
I find the idea exciting because it's the sort of sci-fi thing people dreamed of in the past becoming reality. But I'd only buy one if it's an open-source one with wifi kill-switches and stuff. I don't like the thought of anything I see and do being potentially recorded or viewed by Meta/Google/Governments or whatever via the camera.

>inb4 "what about other people recording you"
I don't like it, but there's not really anything I can do about it. Fortunately I'm mostly a shut-in who doesn't go out in public though.

At least you found it before setting it up, I spent a week setting up the *arr stack with jellyfin for full automation and only then found out about Stremio.

>I want to like torbox, but it's just not quite as performant and extensive as RD
I still have 3 months left on my RD until it runs out, the initial load time and cache difference is still noticeable between torbox and rd. They've been really active lately though and got alot more users, so hopefully they fill the gap until then.
>>
>>106649759
They're active in their discord and seem like theyre constantly trying to improve so I hope one day they'll be on par with RD. It's definitely gotten better, but there's still just enough issues that I find myself defaulting to RD
>>
>>106648007
They work for different viewing habits. I view stuff spontaneously so Stremio makes far more sense for that, but for people who would rather have a curated collection of stuff they plan to watch ahead of time, then a server makes more sense. You can also do both, stream the spontaneous stuff whilst hoarding long-term.
>>
>>106650474
>based impartial take
Still felt like shilling it, since it's much less known and talked about than plex and jellyfin, even though it meets most people's needs who just want to watch something in high quality without hoarding TB of movies and shows.
